Great Beach Stay

We loved this house and how close it was to the pier, beach, and restaurants. Check in was so easy. Staying here was way better than staying at a hotel.

Kitchen could use some major updating from pots and pans to paintBed could use a new matress

I think you did not see the pots and pans and coffee filters in the kitchen prompting you to buy them. But they are there, in the cabinet and on the coffee tray, respectively. About the mattress: some people like it firm, and others soft. So we stay in the middle to please everybody. Thanks for the feedback!

Great place for the weekend

Really nice little hood near an HEB and many other amenities. Great base for a birdwatching trip. We saw the Cattle Tyrant! Nice and clean, pretty.

Suprisingly quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and organized neatly. 1 of the beds was uncomfortable. Other than that it eas a great place to stay. Exactly what we were looking for.

Really comfortable

We were so surprised to arrive to some breakfast items available for us! Which was much appreciated being that we didn’t have time to stop at the store before we landed! The house was clean and spacious enough for our little family of four. Lots of kitchen items available if you need them. Beds were super comfy. Great communication. Thanks again!

5 nights

As the main destination of our trip we stayed here 5 nights. Cute little setup. We chose it as it’s close to beaches we’ve been to before. Super easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only thing you have to watch for is neighboring cats going on top your vehicle. Apparently they don’t keep their pets in their own yards in that area. The house itself worked perfectly for what we needed. The host responded promptly to my questions and was helpful as well.

Thanks, and I’m glad you had a nice stay! Yes, we have neighboring cats around; the good thing about them is we never see any rats or mice around or any other detrimental critters. 😂

Wonderful

We so enjoyed this sweet abode! It reminded me of the very first home I owned as a single RN in the 1970s! If I could move this home to College Station, I would have it for if/when I become single again! But! It worked Great for my husband and I to be in Corpus for a sentimental journey "Back to our first year of marriage"! Our eldest daughter was born at Spohn Hospital in 1979 and we had such a WONDERFUL time in Corpus. God has richly blessed us. This sweet home has been a blessing to us, also! Linda Elsesser

Great clean house close to both tennis facilities. Loved the front yard landscaping and curb appeal. Close to the beach as well. AC kept us cool and comfy beds. Defiantly would stay again.

In Town For Wedding

The location of the house is nicely situated in a nice and quite neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the ocean. Sugarbakers, a local restaurant and bakery, just down the street nestled among the neighborhood has great food and desserts and great service. If I was staying in Corpus Christi again, I would stay here.
