A sunny retreat awaits at this family-friendly, two-story townhouse near the beach! Work on your tan and enjoy a refreshing splash in the sparkling shared outdoor pool after a fun-filled day strolling around the city. Come back home to kick your feet up and rest in the living room, which is equipped with comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV with cable. Not in the mood to spend your time indoors? Then lounge in the front or back patios - the front patio has cozy seating and overlooks the pool directly and the back patio features an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. This level also offers a convenient half bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer.

The two bedrooms available are on the second floor along with two ensuite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony; one of them overlooks the pool and the other offers views of the neighboring houses.

Time at the beach

The home was beautiful. Huge for two people. Great location for getting places, but also a little out of Destin and the traffic and mess it entails. Pool is right outside the door and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad-just across the parking lot and the street. Only one thing-get better curtains in the bedrooms! The amount of light in the bedrooms at night is a lot. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best location ever!

We loved this! We had a short trip and thought we were going to just use the place to sleep and ended up hanging out there for most of the time! Great location to the beach and super friendly staff!

Great spot

This house was very close to the beach and had easy access easy parking and a lot of room. You could easily sleep 8 people with the large futons in the living room space. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Good for the most part

There was construction / maintenance going on during our stay and the property manager was aware of it and how long it has been going on but failed to note it in the listing. Parking in front of the unit was barricaded off, both upstairs balconies were barricaded off, front and back patio was not able to be used due to the demo and replacement of large support beams. I'm still waiting to hear from representative about the situation. The inside was clean and exactly like it was listed.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great. Pool was so clean and warm! Beach access right across the street. Bars and restaurants were also close by.

Nice location needs more work

Upon arrival there is two boxes that we later found out where patio chairs on the back Handrails on stairs not secured Kitchenware was filthy Knives in block were dirty. Bring your own blankets there is a shortage. Be careful with sockets they shorted 2 iphone chargers. There appears to be a water leak in dining area. Floors are unleveled. Air filter was full of paint. Washing machine was filthy with leftovers from previous guests.
