- Ski lifts 350 m away (arrival of the ice rink cable cars. Possibility of going down to the heart of the village by the cable cars)

- Ski lessons: There are different departures for ski lessons. This varies depending on the time of year and type of course. We invite you to contact the school and tell them the address of your accommodation.

HOW IS THE KEYS DELIVERED?
Reception and handover of keys takes place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

IS THE END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash cans to be thrown away and, where applicable, the cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes).

/!\ LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED:
Linens (sheets and towels) are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own linens. This service is offered as an option. To book directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.

NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240).

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Animals are prohibited. It may sound harsh, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum.
- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans to be thrown away and, if necessary, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes).
- A deposit is provided for certain reservations. We use the independent online bail service Swikly. The deposit is secured in the fortnight preceding arrivals (not debited/does not affect the ceiling of your credit card). It cancels itself 20 days after your departure.
- Good to know: no ski locker (equipment to be mounted on the balcony), no microwave, hard door, push hard to open it, Stairs to access the residence approximately 15 steps/1 floor, No Wifi, good 4G coverage
- Possible nuisance: road

/!\ We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left behind and so on).
