New Listing. Conveniently located Pocasset just over the Bridge. Lovely open floor plan 7 yr old 1300 sq ft ranch, Enjoy a barbecue on your pergola shaded patio after spending a day at the local beach, or outing on the Cape. Quiet neighborhood just up the hill from the beach. The Salty Dogs ' House has 3 beds(two queens , one double) and 2 full baths. It has an open concept living/dining and kitchen that is perfect for the whole family to spend time together. Towels, Linens, beach towels and a fully furnished kitchen are provided. There is AC and heating(powered by solar panels on the roof) throughout the house Cable TV and Wifi to stay connected. A private outdoor shower to wash the salt and sand away after a day at the beach. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
