Please note this property requires full weekly rental required from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day unless within three weeks of rental date.
On year-round water with a large boat dock. One 28 ft covered boat slip available for boat and space for another boat alongside the dock. Located on beautiful Norris Lake with 800 miles of shoreline. Waterfront property. Kayaks, canoe and peddle boat. Straight access with steps to lake. Close to Sequoya Marina by Water. On a quiet part of Norris Lake. Take Caryville exit off I-75 towards Big Creek 4.
The cottage has approximately 1600 square feet with 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 11 but accommodates 8 people comfortably. Approximately 20 steps from parking area to cottage.
Two full baths - one on each level. Central air conditioning. 10 x 30 deck upper level and patio lower level, both with beautiful lake view. Open recreation room in lower level has a ping pong table and fold out couch. Eat-in kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. Kitchen utensils furnished (cookware, dinnerware, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, spices, etc.). Trash Pick-up. Maid service included at check out. Please empty the refrigerator and remove all food and containers. Wash all pots and pans. Please fill up the dishwasher and start prior to leaving. The cleaning service will empty the dishwasher. Please take out all the trash in provided kitchen trash bags.

Washer and dryer. Smart TV, DVD. Gas Grill. Chairs and tables for decks. Concrete steps, 50 to 60, to the lake, directly to boat dock.

Large, covered dock new for 2022. 50'x32' with a 22'x32' swim dock. Also, it includes jet ski dock, nighttime lighting, fans in covered seating area, Wi-Fi, and ladder into lake. Great for swimming. Peddle-Boat, canoe, and 2 kayaks provided. Bring your own life vests.

Small fire pit included. Please bring your own firewood.

New fiber Wi Fi 2025. You can stream videos on your own accounts. E-Mail and Zoom work fairly well. Limited cell phone service, so put phones on wi-fi calling. Landline has unlimited continental service within the US. But unhook and enjoy the family!

Additional Information: This property is located on Big Creek 4, a quiet part of Norris Lake. Water all year. Steps to Lake go all the way to the dock unless there is an extreme low water level in the winter.

Please note that no partying allowed. Must be 28 to rent with responsible adults. Full weekly rental required from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Excellent vacation property. Two kayaks, a paddle boat and a canoe provided plenty of lake fun. Evening spent around a firepit facing the moon filled lake was especially nice. Cabin/house was fully equipped with everything you could want for an enjoyable 4 day stay.This a annul family vacation for us.

The property was just as listed, in an excellent location, and extremely well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we had wonderful dinners at the table on the deck. The dock was great for stowing our boat and jet skies as well as fishing, swimming, and hanging out. We will definitely consider this property on our next trip to Norris Lake!

Everything looked just like what you see in the pictures and is what we expected…no surprises. Great location on the lake and only a 20 min ride into town if you need anything. Was a relaxing vacation for us. Mark was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Great Cabin. Great Location!

We love this area of Norris and this cabin had fairly easy access to the dock, great dock for hanging out and swimming (shade & sun options most of the day) and a great view from the deck. We look forward to staying here again!

26th Anniversary

We had a great time! Location was perfect, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We used the paddle boat and canoe and spent a lot of time on the dock relaxing. It was perfect, thank you!

We have been going to Norris Lake for over 25 years. The lake is great. Good for skiing, tubing, wake-boarding, etc. Take a trip daily to different marinas, each with food and gas. Play cards on the dock day or night.

Why they chose this property

Purchased the land in 1989, and started to build in 1990. Updated and well maintained. New steps in 2021 and new dock in 2022. Our kids were small and it was a great place to watch them grow up. We try to provide everything so your stay can be pleasant. Cleaning service and trash removal is included. We have upgraded the internet provider to fiber. WiFi calling and Zoom work most of the time. WiFi password in cottage. Plan to have a fun time on the lake!
