Esta casa de 5 habitaciones, 31/2 baños, lujosa casa frente al lago se encuentra en Norris Lake en Speedwell TN. Ideal para escapadas familiares y grupos que buscan pasar tiempo en el lago. Tiene una ubicación central cerca de todos los puertos deportivos y del famoso lago Norris Jumping Bridge. La ubicación permite navegar en calas privadas o justo en el medio de toda la acción. El embarcadero privado puede acomodar hasta 3 botes o un excelente lugar para nadar y disfrutar de bebidas o comida, a solo unos pasos de la casa. Nuestra casa está ubicada en una cala que es un destino muy deseable, lejos del lugar donde se encuentran las vías navegables. Pase su día como nuestra familia siempre ha hecho tubing, wakeboard, kayak, natación, pesca o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar del lago más hermoso que existe.
También traiga su UTV, incluso si es un Can-am LOL, hay áreas alrededor de nuestra casa o la TWRA tiene algunos de los mejores senderos ubicados en Lafollette.

We really enjoyed being back behind marina in no wake zone with small children this was so much safer swimming around dock. The kids loved having paddle boards and kayaks to learn to use. Owner was very responsive and friendly to answer all questions we had.

Norris Lake Family Vacation

The house was large enough for our group of eleven and well located on a quiet cove. The boat dock was very nice and accommodated our rental. There were also kayaks and paddle boards available. A great time was had by all.

10/10, we will stay again

Butterfly Landing was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. The bunk room/ basement was great for all of the kids on our trip, it made it easy for the kids to have their own space and us adults as well. The hike to the dock is one of the easiest that we have had in years past. The steps are well maintained and not miserably steep. Being right next to Flat Hollow Marina was also an added bonus! Getting in contact with the owners was very easy, and had quick responses. Overall, it was a great experience, and great home!

Great place

This house was in a great location with its own driveway, close to the marina, yet quiet. Communication with the owner was very easy. The entire group, teens included enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

We had a great time staying at Flat Hollow. The property was clean and satisfactory. FYI: the odd little pillow at the end of the bed is not a pillow. It’s the bed sheets. We were wondering why the fitted sheet was so slippery and we only had a comforter. Unfortunately, we figured it all out on the last day!

Great Family Vacation at the lake

I'm not going to nitpick about things that weren't perfect. All in all, it was a fine place to stay. I would definitely consider renting it again. The pictures need to be updated, especially in regard to the dock. It has been replaced with a much nicer covered one. It's quite a trek to the water (76 steps). The location is ideal.

Already booked 2023 stay!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was roomy and clean! It was located in a great location near Flat Hollow marina. We all loved being able to swim off the dock, which had safe stairs going from the house down to the lake. The owner was a real pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend this owner and property.

Enjoyed our stay

Plenty of room in the house for our group. Dock was perfect to tye our boat and the kids to swim from. The kayaks were an added bonus. The only thing i wasn't prepared for were the basement bunk beds. The top beds are (in my opinion) too close to the ceiling and there are no rails. We made due though by just putting the mattress on the floor in the basement sitting area. Overall happy with the house and location. I got my exercise traversing the steps to/from the lake.

Concerns with Cabin but great fun on lake

Norris Lake is beautiful, however, we had a few concerns from what the pictures listings didn't show or share: *Mattresses is bad throughout the cabin *Master bath sink drains really really slow and shower *Jetski docks are occupied with other jetski's *Shows additional frig and there's not one *Lower Landing around the fire pit is a mess with weeds, old an old pallet *Couches on lower level needs to be tossed out unsuitable to sit on or sleep on *Table on deck was warped and peeling *Decor throughout the cabin was outdated *Not enough sheets or additional blankets and some are stained *Additional room has stairs straight up and is adjoining to another room and not handicap assessable *Should be shared that the stairs from the house to the dock/lake are uneven and unlevel. There are about 65 steps and they should be shared on the site *Not enough cleats on the dock *Old food left in cabinets from other renters *Never used the hot tube it was dirty and there was no smell of chemicals being used. *Not sure why you pay for the cabin being cleaned, arrived and the kitchen drawers nasty, cabinets were a mess and not truly cleaned, steps, floors were not swept, etc. *You are responsible before leaving to take out all trash, sweep all the floors, run dishwashers, and take all sheets downstairs *Not a bad place but for the money should be somewhat nicer which wouldn't take much to get it there.

Great location

The stay was amazing, location by the marina and being in a cove with minimal boat traffic was perfection. The only issues is we had 10adults with us and the listing said 5 bedrooms, what wasn’t clarified was that one of the bedrooms were inside another bedroom which was super tiny and I think meant for children. That was odd having another couple in that little room. We made it work, but that should of been clarified in the description. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and we’re very happy with the stay!

Great time at Butterfly Landing!

Brent has a lovely home conveniently located in the middle of the fun in the Flat Hollow area. Loved the calmness of the cove for swimming (and the provided kayaks were a plus) and just a 10 minute idle to all the action on the lake. The house was perfect for our extended family. Lots of room to spread out and enough space on the main floor for all 11 of us to gather. I really liked having our own private dock for our boat and access to the water. Brent was very responsive to all our questions and needs while we were there. I highly recommend Butterfly Landing to anyone wanting to experience lake life on beautiful Norris Lake!

Unforgettable memories

We highly recommend this house! It have everything that your family need to enjoy a great vacation! Is next to the marine, it’s very spacious and comfortable, amazing view, amazing communication with the owner! We had snow and was awesome and We are going back on summer for sure!! Birthday Bash!

This property was perfect for 8 women from FL/MI celebrating a birthday. Lots of room, hot tub was great and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest we were able to do a bit of hiking. Brent was responsive To all my inquiries and we would definitely go back.

Great house on quiet portion of the lake!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and well maintained. We cooked dinner in the well stocked Kitchen every night. The lake in front of the property is all “no wake” so it was nice to be able to foot off the dock without boats flying by. It was quiet and felt private on the decks, hot tub, and by the fire pit. Plenty of space inside as well. We had a couple questions for the owner and he was very responsive. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
