We believe in transparency and value your comfort. That's why we want you to know that this property prohibits spring breakers and requires someone over the age of 25 in the unit at all times. Alcohol is not allowed on the beach during March, per the new city ordinance.

HOA NOTE RE: CONSTRUCTION: From August 2023 to January 2025, the association has planned exterior stucco, painting, and window replacement work. Rest assured, this won't disrupt your condo or pool facilities use. While some noise may occur beyond our control, we want to be upfront. If any noise affects your stay, we'll gladly refund 20% of your booking (excluding cleaning fees, etc.) to make up for any inconvenience. Your understanding and patience are truly appreciated. We'll keep you updated with any further information.
