For larger parties, the entire property can be booked together with a 20% discount on each room. This would include the Senator's Room, The Alice Hay Room, the Gen. Wadsworth Suite in the Main House as well as The Garden Suite in the South Wing. Your party would have exclusive use of the Pool and the Second Floor Kitchenette (no stove) in the main House, as well as the Private Kitchen in the Garden Suite. This combination can hold up to 12 people. 
Please note: We do allow pets in the Garden Suite with a pet fee of $25 per pet per night. Please let us know if you plan on bringing any pets. Pets are not allowed in the Main part of the house where the other 3 units are located.
