The Property
Located in a quiet area, this apartment is perfect for seaside lovers. It is situated in a peaceful residence on the left bank, just a few minutes from the center of Le Grau du Roi.
This studio cabin is ideally located just steps from the beach, easily accessible on foot. The apartment features an entrance with a cabin area offering bunk beds for 2 people, an open kitchen fully equipped, and a living room corner with a folding bed to accommodate 2 additional people. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need, including a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.
The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with an Italian shower and separate WC. It is air-conditioned and provides WIFI access.
The bonus: a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfasts or meals outdoors in peace.
The apartment comes with a private, free parking space in the secure residence.
