This home sleeps 11. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 4 bunk beds, and a pull-out queen bed. Waterfront home on the Colorado River, Private Dock swim area, in Bullhead City, AZ. Features dual central A/C and heater and ceiling fans in each room for added comfort. Our home is fully furnished with a newly updated kitchen with all new appliances, Free WIFI, GAS BBQ grill, Laundry room. We are located in a no-wake zone for added safety. Garage is not accessible.
Your safety is priority. There are four cameras and a ring doorbell, all located outside. One in the front, one in the back and one on both sides of the home.

Please don’t flush feminine products down the toilet.


The gas for the bbq is on the patio behind the couch. No propane tanks to fill.
