Privacy suites and bathroom for each guest staying with you.

Highly recommend this vacation rental. Lots of space for every one. Lots of ceiling fans for hotter days on the huge upper screened area. Great fishing a short way out of canal. Fishing off dock, key deer visiting each evening. Lots of off street parking and close to many things to do! Ray always answered any questions right away. Hope to stay again.

Big private house nested in the preserve.

We absolutely loved our entire month of July spent in this lovely & spacious home that accommodates so many people with their own private bedroom areas. We love the privacy of this canal with a short ride out to the ocean. We did a lot of boating, fishing, diving/snorkeling and of course lobster mini season during our visit. Tucked in the preserve offers lots of privacy, but also was less than 10 minutes to the main attractions, such as stores and restaurants. The house was very well furnished with nearly everything you could imagine. We loved the super cute Boho vibe! Tons of games for kids/family. We especially loved sitting out in the yard in the evening for the perfect view of the moon and stars. Very quiet and peaceful when we weren’t playing music and singing! Our daughter was proposed to on this trip so it was definitely extra special here! Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Quick to respond to any need we were concerned about. We have already booked next July and are looking forward to coming back! Thx Ray for all you did to make our trip one for the books, we will see you next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lobster season 2022

This place was amazing! Stayed the month of August and was amazed at how comfortable it was inside and out. The huge lanai was comfortable in the August heat with the ceiling fans on low in the afternoons. We enjoyed lobstering, fishing and jet skiing! Deer are everywhere on the island. Saw plenty of dolphins frolicking in the bay just outside the canal. Ray was always available for any questions that arose. I would highly recommend this property for large groups. Plenty of room for everything.

Amazing Home!

This is an amazing home with lots of space for everyone to move around. Major bonus was a separate efficiency apartment with kitchen! The home was recently renovated and is very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The large screen porch that wraps around the house is perfect to sit outside an enjoy the hot balmy nights. We looked forward to visits from the local deer! The owner, Ray, was a great host. We look forward to coming back this fall for lobster season!
