With a total surface area of 350m² spread over two levels, this stunning property features a beautiful outdoor area and a private pool (filled during the season, freely accessible from May 15th to September 15th inclusive; outside of this period, its use is subject to our prior approval. Please note that the pool is not heated). It allows you to fully enjoy the green surroundings of the Monts d'Or in Saint-Didier-au-Mont-d'Or, less than 20 minutes by car from Lyon city center.

The first floor comprises a vast living-dining room with majestic, low-arched windows offering a superb, unobstructed view of the Monts d'Or, a decorative fireplace and French beams. This room leads directly onto the terrace, also with views of the Monts d'Or. Next door, on the first floor, you'll find a spacious, fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Climb the stairs and discover the 1st floor. Here you'll find a 2nd cosy boudoir-style living room, leading to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed 160x200, a 2nd bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200 and its antique washbasin, and a final bedroom with a double bed 140x200.
As for the spacious bathroom with bathtub, all in blue with its small tiles reminiscent of the 60s, it will enable everyone to enjoy a peaceful moment of refreshment. A toilet is also available on this floor.

Climb the stairs again, and you'll find yourself on the top floor of the house, in a 22m2 master suite, with a 160x200 queen-size bed and a practical period bathroom with shower and double sink. On the same landing is a bedroom with two 90x200 single beds and a washbasin, ideal for children. The hallway also contains the 2nd toilet in the house.

As for the exteriors, they allow you to really enjoy a real wooded area while being very quiet. The exterior is divided into several areas, on several levels.
To the left of the electric entrance gate is a space for parking a few cars in complete safety.
The swimming pool and outdoor garden area is opposite the house, as an extension of the terrace. The pool is protected by a manually-operated electric cover, making it completely safe for children.
A trampoline (without safety net, however) and a swing complete the set in the wooded grounds.

For your safety and that of the property, the house is equipped with an alarm, easy to activate and deactivate.

Ideal for a stay with friends or family at any time of year. Very quiet accommodation, with no noise from the village street or surrounding properties, and perfect as a base for hiking in the Monts d'Or.

The venue can be rented for events, with a minimum number of nights required. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on feasibility and will be subject to specific invoicing.

WIFI available, bed linen and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses.

Check-in is by appointment with a member of our team who will welcome you, show you around, and discuss important points. Appointments should be made together a few days prior to arrival, and check-in is possible between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the latest. Check-out is by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

For long stays, our dedicated team will have to access the apartment for a full cleaning every 2 weeks (already included in the price paid) in accordance with our rental conditions, with a time slot defined in advance with the traveler. It is a compulsory cleaning for your comfort and to maintain the apartment at its best, thanks for your understanding.

For any additional cleaning other than those planned: supplement of €200 per cleaning.

As mentioned in the advert, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc...) that might disturb our neighbours are forbidden in our flat.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.

On arrival, insert the gate code to open the gate. Parking spaces are available inside the property. Gate width: 2.36m

Keys are handed over by Memorable Place staff, and a time of arrival must be arranged in advance.
