Cocoonr offers this charming 117 m² duplex flat with sea view for rent in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- a bathroom with shower
- separate WC.
First floor:
- two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190),
- a bathroom with bath
- separate WC.
Outside:
Two terraces to make the most of the fine weather: a 15 m2 seaward terrace with garden furniture and a 15 m2 dockside terrace with a view of St Malo intra muros.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
As you leave the condominium, turn right and you're on the waterfront.
The neighborhood :
In the Sillon district, you're just one block from the main beach on foot, as well as from all amenities. And a 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic center, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.
Entertainment:
Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant with a great atmosphere on concert or match nights. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros and chaussée du sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of them right on the waterfront.
Go and admire Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur Hotel with its Rooftop (hotel rooftop bar).
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's garage.
By train, Saint Malo is 2 h 15 from Paris and the TGV station is a 15-minute walk away.
By plane, Dinard-Pleurtuit airport is a 20-minute drive away.
By car, Saint Malo is 1 h from Rennes, 4 h from Paris.
