My home is a 3 br/2.5 ba townhome in a very nice, Encinitas neighborhood. Minutes to Town Center Shops, restaurants, and 3 miles to Moonlight beach. The home features granite kitchen counters, wood floors, dual pane windows, AC, idyllic patio area for those twilight dinners or a chill happy hour. 2 car garage and balcony off the Main Bedroom. HOA offers Tennis, Pool, Spa, Playground & Recreation Area. Close to running trails, dog park, sand volley ball court.
