Spacious (110m2) two-bedroom apartment nestled on a peaceful hillside of Luštica peninsula, surrounded by olive groves, small stone hamlets, and fishing villages. From two balconies. you can enjoy a dramatic 180-degree view of the Bay of Kotor and the twin massifs of the Orjen and Lovcen mountains. The apartment is well-served by local restaurants serving fresh local fish and seafood and supermarkets, and there are several beaches within a 15-minute drive. Located in close proximity to 3 international airports, Sea Breeze is only a short flight away from most European cities. The nearest airport is Tivat (20 minutes), and both Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports are less than two hours' drive.

My name is Teodora and I am a Journalism student, currently working in a digital marketing agency. I was born and raised in the Luštica peninsula and this is, by far, my favorite piece of the world, even though I traveled a lot and visited many beautiful places. Sea Breeze Apartment is in our family home - where I live with my parents (Marija and Vaso) and sister Tamara. This is our small "business" that we started quite recently and already love - especially the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and make new friends.

This location succinctly articulates the beauty, culture, and history of Montenegro. With such rich wildlife, favorable climate conditions, and a vibrant landscape, Montenegro is an adventurer’s playground and Luštica presents the perfect place from which to explore and enjoy this beauty.
