Maison louée 2 dernières semaines d'août.Quartier résidentiel calme,proche de la forêt d'Escoublac (sport, promenade chien) une boulangerie et une boucherie-charcuterie de qualité à 10mn de marche.Plages de la Baule à 35mn à pieds et 10mn à vélo.Etang du Bois de Joalland à 15 mn en voiture etc.Des vacances plutôt nature pour nous.L'emplacement de la maison permet aussi un accès rapide à la D213 vers Guérande ou St Nazaire.Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et remercions notre hôte pour son accueil et sa confiance.

Belle maison sur terrain clos dans un quartier calme

Accueil, séjour et échanges au top avec les propriétaires. Une belle maison bien équipée, bien située. Seul bémol : le week-end principalement, les avions de tourisme (hors Baulois équipés de silencieux) sont de plus en plus nombreux et Escoublac est dans l’axe de l’aerodrome… Nous avons vécu un épisode caniculaire, tendant à se reproduire de en souvent et les chambres sont difficiles à refroidir, l’investissement en climatisation serait un vrai .
