This flat was a perfect place to stay and explore Paris with my adult children. The location is terrific, close to restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of many attractions. Perfect location, perfect trip! This apartment is in the best spot! So close to the metro and so close to beautiful shops, restaurants and cafes. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The host is exceptionally welcoming and the apartment is quintessential Paris. Wrap around balcony, church bells sounding, 5th floor views and close to transportation and the Seine. Our family of four and one family friend enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is in sight of a Fran Prix and Carrefour City for daily groceries, snacks and pharmacy needs. Thank you Sylvie for sharing your home with us!

Our host Sylvie was delightful and so helpful. She met us at the apartment before her usual check in time when we arrived which we very much appreciated. She also gave us good guidance about the area food and attractions. The location was wonderful and so convenient.One word of warning to Americans. AC means 2 oscillating fans, NOT refrigerated air, which was disappointing as we spent our week there with highs of 90 F. Sylie is not responsible for the weather of course, but if you are visiting in late May on, be prepared for some hot days and nights!

Sylvia was a great host and met us at her apartment for a great check in. The apartment was very charming and had incredible views of the neighborhood. The best thing about this VRBO is the incredible location. We were a 3min walk from the metro station and we had plenty of amazing bakeries and cafes within a 8min walk.

We stayed at this property for just over 1 week. Sylvie, the host was wonderful and accommodating throughout the booking process and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment upon our arrival. We were three adults and two teens and this was the perfect neighbourhood and accommodations for all of us. All of the rooms are spacious, with several options for beds and sleeping. There is plenty of extra bedding and storage for clothing available. The layout of the apartment offers privacy for sleeping and the beds are comfy. There are two large fans available which was lovely in this heatwave in addition to the breeze through the many balcony doors. The balcony wraps around the apartment and offers a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the evening and expansive view. The apartment is well-equipped with dishes and whatever you may need to prepare a meal or snack. The bathroom is spacious and offers storage and extra towels. The shower is a generous size and was lovely at the end of a hot day. There is an excellent iron & ironing board available as well as some hangers provided. The building is secure & friendly. The neighbourhood has a friendly & lively vibe and is a nice escape from the touristy areas. There are excellent cafes and restaurants, as well as a mix of shops. There are pharmacies, grocery stores and anything you may need right there. The metro is close by as well as taxi stand. The Seine is a short walk away. I highly recommend this property!!

This charming flat was a perfect fit for our family of 6. We loved spending time on the balcony over looking the bustling streets. Great location for the metro and places to eat and shop. Sylvie was wonderful to work with!

Property is amazing!! The place is exactly as described, spacious, cozy, well located. Two double beds and one bunk bed. Each one on a different room/space. The balcony around the property is beautiful, light everywhere (added some photos to show you around!)! The metro is just a few meters walk and the most important thing: there is an elevator to the 5th floor! Sylvie was a great host!!!

I stayed in July 2025 with my 2 kids and we had an amazing time. Sylvie made check in so easy for us and let us meet right after arriving to drop the bags. The flat is charming and feels like being in the Paris of our dreams. The balcony is such a unique highlight and we loved sitting up there watching the Marais bustling below. The location is incredible, tons of boulangerie, cafes and fruit stands near by and just a few minutes walking to Notre Dame. We feel very lucky to have experienced this one!!

Wonderful flat, perfect location!

Location location location! This apartment was in walking distance to La Marais, Hotel de Ville, Place des Vosges, Ile Saint-Louis and Notre Dame. There were tons of restaurants, ice cream shops and creperies within a 5 minute walk. And everything else in Paris was close by via the Metro (5 minute walk away) or by Uber. It was spacious and gave all of us (by the end of the trip we were a grandma, mom and 2 teenagers) our own space. The terrace had wonderful views and was the perfect place for our morning coffee. Sylvie, the host, was incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, and a joy to talk to. Definitely a great booking!

Diese Wohnung ist über den Dächern von Paris mitten im schönen Stadtkern von Paris. Wenn man auf den Balkon geht, hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf diesen Stadtkern. Eine solche Wohnung kannten wir bisher eigentlich nur aus Filmen. Der Einrichtung merkt man an, dass die Vermieterin ab und an in der Wohnung selber wohnt entsprechend persönlich und vollgestellt ist es da. Hierbei handelt es sich wirklich, um eine Privatwohnung und mehr Paris geht einfach nicht.Auto fahren in diesem Teil des Paris ist sehr anspruchsvoll und sollte vermieden werden. Es gibt zwar öffentliche Parkhäuser in der Nähe, aber es macht definitiv mehr Sinn mit der Bahn anzureisen.

Le logement est super grand et le balcon est extra accommodant, vue superbe!L’unique clé nous a quand même causé des soucis, je n’arrivais à débarrer!Ascenseur pratique. Salle à manger super grande !Les planchers ne sont pas de niveau et craquent Entrer et sortir de la salle de bais est dangereux à cause de la marche!La localisation est parfaite!Merci Madame Sylvie
