This is my 4th or 5th time at Grandma’s Cottage and as usual, it was excellent. The cottage is as described, the location is ideal and the hospitality is awesome. I love the sound of the geese on the lake. Thank you for providing me with a great place to get away and relax.

We had an awesome time staying here. They were so welcoming and the directions were super easy and straightforward for the cottage. They gave us a plethora of food options in this book that was super helpful with choosing food. But overall was a great experience and will definitely be staying there again!

Grandmas Cottage

This was a cute little cottage right on the water. Was perfect for our lacrosse tournament this past weekend and we would stay here again if we ever come back to DE for a tournament. Realxing evenings sitting by the firepit watching the water.

Wonderful stay at the cottage, we had all the comforts of home amazing property with lake views.

Enjoyed our time there our hosts were very attentive and responsive. The cottage was spotless and on park like property with lake views and just a short drive to beach.

My only slight issue was the AC. The owner offered to install two window units. Just really didn’t wanna bother. We had a small AC unit in the LR. We were just not used to the humidity. Other than that it was very quaint. I would stay again for sure. Clean, cute and well stocked. Loved the outdoors. And the bathroom is small. I stayed with my daughter so it worked.

Beautiful quiet location, within minutes from many exciting activities locally.
Riverfront Theater, Mispillion Art League for a little.culture. Haven Lake and Griffith Lake all with boat ramps for some relaxing fishing ( please follow state and local regulations)or kayaking, local state park Killens State Park (10 minutes) for biking, hiking, fishing and ballgames Killens also has a public pool with an slide!!!

Beautiful quiet location, within minutes from beaches (Tangier Outlets, Lewes and Rehoboth 45 minutes, Ocean City Maryland 60 minutes), Dover Downs Casino and Speedway ( 20 minutes) Harrington Fair Grounds (10 minutes)and many small town destinations like Berlin (45 minutes)and Snow Hill Maryland (approx. 60 minutes).
