Small duplex house with garden terrace just re decorated with taste (new bathroom, new kitchen, beautiful parquet). It is a beautiful holiday space easy to live and functional. The living room overlooks a sunny terrace with trees. It consists of a kitchen equipped with its bar, a lounge and dining area. Upstairs, you will find 2 small independent bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You have a parking space.
The location of this duplex is a real plus: it is in a quiet residential area, itself located in the heart of the village of Canon (Lège Cap Ferret) and less than 50 meters from the beach of the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Everything is done on foot, or by bike.
Ideal for 4 to 5 people on holiday.
The collective pool is large, secure (unheated), open from mid-June to mid-September.
