Our 150m² house has 3 floors:
- Ground floor: a large 40m² living room (lounge/dining room) equipped with a large convertible sofa (sleeps 2), a large fully-equipped kitchen, a toilet, a garage where you can park your vehicle and where you'll find a washing machine and dryer,
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 master suite with 160*200 double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2-seater sofa bed), 1 office not accessible to travelers, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
- Basement: not accessible to travelers

A 400m² garden with flowers and trees surrounds the house, with a large slatted terrace where you can have lunch or dinner (table for 6 to 8 people), small garden furniture for relaxing, a beautiful 4*8m swimming pool up to 2m deep with 2 deckchairs, and 1 vegetable garden.

Free parking in the garage (1 space) and in front of the gated house (1 space). A large free parking lot is also available just in front of the house.

The house is located:
-13 minutes by car from the Colline d'Elancourt (mountain biking),
- 18 minutes by car from the Vélodrome National de Saint Quentin en Yvelines (BMX, track cycling, fencing),
- 24 minutes by car from Golf National (golf),
- 26 minutes by car from Château de Versailles (horse riding and pentathlon),
- 40 km from the Eiffel Tower.

A bus station right in front of the house, with 2 bus routes to 2 nearby stations: Beynes station 4km away (7 min by car/10 min by bus) and Plaisir Grignon station 6km away (8 min by car/13 min by bus).

This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood. That's why we don't accept parties, EVJFs, EVGs or receptions (christenings, weddings, etc.).

The accommodation is non-smoking, but smoking is possible in the garden (ashtrays provided).
