This was the perfect beach house for our family's Cape stay! It's a quick walk over the dunes to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are a nice treat when you come back from the beach. The house is lovely, very comfortable living room for some family games in the evening and the kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy and enjoyable. A quick ride to restaurants and ice cream too. But best, the host was communicating from the moment I booked and including ensure successful check in, etc.. I'd absolutely rent again.

Our family, ranging from ages 14-80, loved our week at this property! The close proximity to the beach was excellent. The sandy path was a little longer than we expected for our Mom but it was private, quiet & perfect! Having a pool & hot tub was great. The owner was SUPER helpful and communicative. A great stay on the Cape! No bad days.

Great day beach house.

my family and I had a great stay at Tim's beautiful property. Easy access to the beach, proximity to town and restaurants a short drive, love the pool and hot tub.

Amazing location

This is a beautiful house with plenty of space for a big group. The close walk to the beach and pool and hot tub kept everyone entertained and we had a great time. The owner was also very kind and responsive, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect house for our group of friends and family. Each family had their own level which worked out very nicely. The location was very private and quiet while being just a short walk to the gorgeous beach. Perfect trip!

House was perfect for our group of 12 ladies. We go to the cape every year for a ladies golf trip and this location and house was perfect. It was nice to come back to the house and hop in the pool and hot tub. Nice short walk to the beach too.

Amazing house and beautiful property, walking distance to Nauset Beach and a perfect spot for a family trip. Our family has been coming to Nauset Beach for years and this trip did not disappoint! Tim was a wonderful host and on top of communication—from an early check in to even offering a late check out if we wanted. 10/10 would love to stay here again.

It is very spacious, close walk to the beach, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. The town is so charming and peaceful. Tim is a wonderful host and I look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Home and Location for a Memorable Family Vacation

From the spacious and very well appointed home, to the location (a quick 5 minutes away from Nauset Beach), to the incredibly kind and helpful owner Tim, our multi-generational family had an amazing vacation! The heated saltwater pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this home and it’s owners to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the Cape!

Great vacation

Tim and Emily’s house was everything our family needed. Very spacious and clean, the kids loved the pool with it’s changing lights. Overall experience was great. Would definitely rent a again.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was our first time on the cape and we made so many wonderful memories.The pool is amazing, the games and entertainment are all first rate. I think the home has every streaming service setup so when you want to watch anything it is available to you.

Recharging on the Cape

Our family had a restorative week vacation here in the shoulder season just after summer, swimming daily in the pool, walking daily on Nauset Beach, cooking fresh seafood. It was exactly as we had hoped.

Anniversary Celebration

This was a wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the pool, the closeness to the beach and the fun stuff to do at the house. Thanks for making it easy.

Great family week

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. First time to the Cape and it was perfect. Tim is a great host and the house delivered on all counts. I especially appreciated that there are kitchen basics (spices,etc) in case we needed a bit of something. The pool was amazing and the layout of the home made it really easy to be together yet offered privacy in the bedroom layout. We would definitely rent there again .

My family and I spend a week at this property in the late summer. The property was amazing, the location unparalleled. The owners made us feel very welcome From booking to check out, answering questions and providing a ton of useful information. They were a true pleasure to work with. We absolutely loved our stay at Tim’s beautiful beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — very quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need — from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and great Wi-Fi. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with bright, airy rooms and plenty of space to relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing, we had a blast playing with the lights.Tim was very responsive and easy to get hold of. We will definitely come back!
