The flat is a 35m2 (e.q. 400 sq.ft) apartment totally refurbished by architect with high quality materials and furniture.

Its location is really extraordinary, in the heart of Saint-Germain des prés, luxury neighborhood at walking distance of the Seine (3 min.) and Metro Odéon (3 min.)

It has a living room with convertible sofa for 2 children or 1 adult (120x200), TV (Netflix, etc.) and a dining area.

The bedroom has a 4-star bed 160x200 and large dressing

The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Its kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, Kettle, Toaster, dishwasher).

All rooms have curtains.

We loved our stay! Charming, beautifully decorated, very clean and thoughtful apartment in a fantastic location. I was with my two teenage daughters and it was comfortable and cozy for the three of us. The pull out couch was a bit hard for my daughter and I would mot recommend for an adult but otherwise everything was fantastic. Full kitchen, bathroom and plenty of storage. Sofia and Florian were both incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Charm and function in a small package. Ideal for a solo traveler but probably cramped for two. Well appointed and conveniently situated. The only drawbacks were the twisty two flights of stairs to the apartment (tough with heavy luggage) and the general noise from the street and other apartments.

Lovely apartment and location

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. Beautiful, well appointed apartment. Wonderful location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We walked to the Louvre and Notre Dame from the location as well. Would highly recommended.

Lovely flat and Perfect Location

I traveled to Paris with my 16yo son for Spring Break and this flat was perfect for our stay. Great neighborhood!!! Easy to get to everything, close to the Seine, metro and bus stop. Can walk to Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Seine River Cruise. Close to many wonderful restaurants. The flat itself was beautiful. Beautifully furnished and perfect size. My son took the convertible sofa which seemed to work well.Owners were very responsive. Check-in and access to the flat were easy.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is small but is so well thought out and beautifully decorated. Our two kids 9yo and 11yo shared the fold out bed. It was probably a bit too small for any longer than a couple of nights. Otherwise the location is fantastic and we loved our stay.

Cute little apartment in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

This was the perfect little (emphasis on little) flat in Saint-Germain-des-Pres for me, my husband, and my 9yo sold to use a home base while exploring Paris. It is exactly as pictured - recently remodeled, clean, well-organized - the removations make perfect use of the small square footage.The flat is in a great part of Paris, very close to the Odeon metro stop, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries within steps of the front door. Florian was great about communications - we received a detailed message about how to get into the flat, what the expectations were, and how to leave it when we were done. It was perfect, albeit a bit cozy, for two adults and one child, but it may be too cramped if you have more than two adults in the space. There is no working elevator, so we went up three small sets of stairs to get to the flat. Would love to come back and stay again if there's just the two of us!

Loved the location and the modern appearance of the apartment, but we had a few issues:1. We booked that particular apartment in part because it listed laundry facilities as an amenity. We looked in the dungeon like basement where we were told they are, but couldn’t find them. And it appeared that no one else had been down there for some time.2. We had a problem with the hot/cold water mixer tap in the shower. Regardless of where we set it in the range of cold to hot, the water was uncomfortably hot to very hot. When I reported it to the owner, he dismissed my claim saying the shower worked fine, and instructing me to do exactly what I had been doing.I sincerely wish we’d had a better experience to report here. When I reserved the apartment almost a year in advance, it was the one, out of 10 apartments we booked for this trip, that I most look forward to. Disappointing to say the least.

Good Value for a Good Location

What's best? The apartment is clean, safe, and comfortable. As you can see in the photos, the decor is pleasing (though a realtor's wide angle lens does make it look more spacious). The kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook a meal, and there's a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee (find instructions and tips online since nothing is provided by the manager). A Carrefour grocery store is very close, as are bakeries, coffee shops, and a wide range of restaurants. It's just about a block from Blvd Saint Germain, which means it's very close to a Metro station. The bathroom is spacious. The bedroom has excellent closet space and hangers, and the bed is good-sized and comfortable. Shortly before arrival, a video is sent to you showing you exactly how to gain access to the building and the apartment. If you don't watch it, you will regret it.What's less than great? A bar with live music and loud partying several doors down. The lock is old and unpredictable. There were times when I nearly called the managers because I could not get the door open. The lock needs to be changed, ideally to one that uses a code. The description says that the apartment is two flights up. That is technically true, but remember that two flights in Europe means three for Americans. There's no elevator, and the stairs are circular and very steep. The shower temperature is set to 40 degrees C (104F), but the water coming out is scalding hot. And finally, no air conditioning. Fans in closet.
