Apartamento maravilloso de 45 m² en el corazón del Barrio Latino. Con capacidad para 4 personas (1 cama doble y un sofá cama para 2 personas) ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio del siglo XVII, en una calle tranquila y soleada del barrio histórico, artístico y literario de París. A 5 minutos a pie de Notre Dame y de Saint Germain des Près, cerca del Metro Saint Michel y de numerosas líneas de bus. Es un punto de partida ideal para el descubrimiento de los más hermosos lugares culturales y turísticos de la capital. A great stay in every way! We loved the cozy apartment, the neighborhood, and our host. Mina met us when we arrived, graciously explained the workings of the appliances, heating, elevator, and internet. If there was anything we forgot, she immediately got back to us with answers to our questions.There is something to do or see within walking distance in any direction from the place. Shopping, iconic landmarks, fast food, gourmet food, groceries, transportation, it has it all. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in the best neighbor in St. Germain, heart of the Latin Quarter, with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, shops. You name it, you have it within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and had essentials. We were welcomed by host who was waiting on the street when we pulled up in our taxi. Could not have had a better place to stay and would definitely rent this apartment again if available and back in Paris .

Fantastic location, steps away from Notre Dame, Metro/RER and restaurants and bars. While it is situated on a side street, it can be a little noisy if the windows are open. Well equipped and you can’t beat the location if you want to stay in the Latin Quarter.

This apartment was charming! Central to several tourist destinations by foot! We walked to most of the things we wanted to see, and could hear the bells of Notre Dame (very close) chiming! Lots of cafes and restaurants close by, and grocery stores. Mina was a very great host, and met us at the apartment to let us in, and give us great tips. Excellent lift in the apartment too! Metro stop 2 minute walk. Merci Mina for sharing your home with us!

The location of this apartment is great. It’s very close to metro and lots of restaurants. We felt safe walking at night and loved how close the apartment was to many great attractions. The downfall of being in such a great location is the crowds and outside noise. Luckily the weather was cool during our three-week stay so keeping the windows closed at night kept the street noise down. I wouldn’t want to stay here during the hot months as there is no air conditioning and opening the windows would prove noisy as many happy people walk by the apartment talking loud and laughing. We are fastidious people and the cleanliness wasn’t up to our standards, The bed and couch were comfortable enough, but the rest of the furniture was old and tired looking and not comfortable to sit on. In particular, the metal dining chairs with their thin cushions were totally uncomfortable. In general, the apartment is somewhat dark and dingy looking, and in need of a facelift.The kitchen is tiny. The plastic drip coffee maker takes a long time to make a barely-hot pot of coffee. The toaster doesn’t pop the toast up so I burned my fingers more than once trying to get my toast out. There is ample dinnerware and cookware as well as wine glasses, but only one small water glass.Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the location. It’s too small for more than two people, and we felt like it was a bit overpriced given the lack of attention to detail. The owner was nice.

This is a charming apartment in an historic building, perfectly located steps from the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The size and layout are ideal for a couple — we loved this for a week in Paris and would return in a heartbeat.

Loved this place!!!

Great location. It is walking distance to many tourist attractions and the metro. Very nice boulangerie and cafes right down the street. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and cool, and much larger than any hotel you could find for a similar price. Amazing place to center your trip to Paris around!

Stayed here as a family (with one small child) for a month. Apartment is large and spacious, and is accurately portrayed in the photos. Location is excellent. Best suited for a couple or single traveler.

Great stay in Saint Germaine!

Great location in St. Germaine close to subway station but on a quiet side street! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and was tastefully furnished and had all amenities. Would highly recommend and will try to rent this apartment again for a future trip!

Perfect location - wonderful host!

The location is perfect for getting around on foot as well as being steps from the Metro and a couple of blocks from the river and Notre Dame. Our host got us situated, made a few suggestions for supplies and restaurant s and away we went! The unit itself is nicely decorated and well equipped for our week in Paris - we will definitely come back here for our next stay.

Would stay here everytime!

Accommodations were as pictured. Location is outstanding with St. Michel Metro just around the corner and Ile de la Cite just a couple blocks away. Quiet and Safe retreat in charming building. Host was very welcoming and helpful which made the stay even more relaxing. Thank you Mina!

Great Place!

The unit is clean, bright and perfectly placed in Paris right at the center about 2 minutes from 2 Metros (St. Michel and Odeon) and 5 minutes from two RERs (B and C). Mark and Mina are great hosts. Markets are very close and more cafes than you can count.
