Con capacidad para 4 personas (1 cama doble y un sofá cama para 2 personas) ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio del siglo XVII, en una calle tranquila y soleada del barrio histórico, artístico y literario de París. A 5 minutos a pie de Notre Dame y de Saint Germain des Près, cerca del Metro Saint Michel y de numerosas líneas de bus. Es un punto de partida ideal para el descubrimiento de los más hermosos lugares culturales y turísticos de la capital. Numerosos cafés, restaurantes, cines, galerías de arte y tiendas en las cercanías.

A great stay in every way! We loved the cozy apartment, the neighborhood, and our host. Mina met us when we arrived, graciously explained the workings of the appliances, heating, elevator, and internet. If there was anything we forgot, she immediately got back to us with answers to our questions.There is something to do or see within walking distance in any direction from the place. Shopping, iconic landmarks, fast food, gourmet food, groceries, transportation, it has it all. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in the best neighbor in St. Germain, heart of the Latin Quarter, with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, shops. You name it, you have it within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and had essentials. We were welcomed by host who was waiting on the street when we pulled up in our taxi. Could not have had a better place to stay and would definitely rent this apartment again if available and back in Paris .

This apartment was charming! Central to several tourist destinations by foot! We walked to most of the things we wanted to see, and could hear the bells of Notre Dame (very close) chiming! Lots of cafes and restaurants close by, and grocery stores. Mina was a very great host, and met us at the apartment to let us in, and give us great tips. Excellent lift in the apartment too! Metro stop 2 minute walk. Merci Mina for sharing your home with us!

No air conditioning (which may be typical in Paris apartments). Small bed (double, not queen). We were told to leave it as clean as we found it. For nearly 2,000 a week, they can't clean it between visits? Cheap old kitchen appliances. Washer but no dryer. We were told to bring our own soaps and shampoos, which was okay but surprising. Location is great, but not the apartment. For summer visits, you'd be advised to book a hotel unless you can find a VRBO with A/C.

Fantastic location, steps away from Notre Dame, Metro/RER and restaurants and bars. While it is situated on a side street, it can be a little noisy if the windows are open. Well equipped and you can’t beat the location if you want to stay in the Latin Quarter.

This was our third stay at Marc and Mina’s, and we hope to make it our little Parisian getaway. It is the perfect apartment for us—located on a quiet street in the best neighborhood (IMO), walkable to major attractions such as Louvre, Notre Dame, Orsay. There are countless restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, shops, and several groceries stores nearby. The apartment is bright, airy with large windows, comfortably furnished, and exudes Parisian charm. The walk-in shower was great with lots of hot water. The kitchen is well stocked, with Nespresso machine. WiFi worked great.Checkin was easy, and Mina was just delightful. She went over the workings of the apartment thoroughly, and welcomed us back warmly. Merci beaucoup Mina!

Parisian Perfection!

Nothing could be more perfect than a stay in this comfortable and cozy Parisian Apartment! Our hostess, Mina, went above and beyond to make our visit a special one. From the moment my husband and I arrived, Mina was there to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us. Merci, Merci, Mina! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable retreat for two. Within walking distance to the Metro, Notre Dame, bakeries, markets, and restaurants galore! A quick walk to the Metro made visiting Versailles a breeze, just take the C train. If we ever visit Paris again, this would be our choice of accomodations!

Great location. Many problems.

Great location, and beautiful historic neighborhood. Problems included: (1) At arrival, the owner, Mina, told us not to contact her on weekends. We were there 10 days including two weekends. (2) One day the lift stopped abruptly between floors and we were trapped. When we were able to get out of the lift, we emailed Mina about the problem. Her response was, “Try it again.” (3) One night the lights in the apt went out. We contacted Mina. She came to the apt but couldn’t fix the problem. She said her husband could do it, but he was asleep, and she would not wake him up. The next morning the problem was corrected by the man who came to the apt to fix the intercom system. So we were without electricity for one evening and part of the next morning. (4) The toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable to use. (5) Trash can in the kitchen had to be opened manually because the foot lever was broken. (6) When we arrived, we found dirty glasses and coffee cups in the cabinets, and we had to wash them before use. (7) One morning we had to get up early because the radiators had to be assessed. Another morning we had to had to get up early so the keys and intercom system could be replaced.

Quintessential Paris

My husband and I had the most delightful stay in this quintessential Parisian apartment. The location was absolutely amazing - on a quiet street in a central and historical arrondissment. The entrance is through huge old doors - 2nd floor apartment (with elevator if needed) - felt very safe. We especially liked the hardwood floors and light from massive windows. Communication with the owners was attentive and easy - very nice people.We would recommend this apartment highly and would stay there again if we go back to Paris!

Quintessential Parisian Apartment

As Canadians, this apartment is what we hoped to find as a home base in Paris. The building is on a quiet street, but steps from everything. Inside, the beautiful wood floors and beam, along with the simple but elegant furnishings made it a very comfortable pied-a-terre. As it’s February and quite cold we especially appreciated the warmth when returning after a long day of walking. Equally, the quiet location made for a restful night, in a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped. Mina is a thoughtful and communicative host, greeting us on our arrival and making sure we had all we needed to ensure a wonderful week in Paris. We would recommend this property and hope to return next year!

Location, comfort & charm..

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is charming, well equipped and maintained. It was perfect for the two of us. It’s on the second floor (3rd for US) and there is an elevator. ( We didn’t mind the stairs!) The location is superb as it’s located on a small street tucked in the St. Germaine- St.Michel area near metros & restaurants & anything you’d need. We could walk everywhere & we did! Mina was there to meet us when we arrived and explained what we needed to know about the apartment. It was a lovely place to live for a week in Paris. We’d love to return!!

Fantastic Paris location

What can we say? This was a terrific apartment for our 6 nights in Paris! The location was absolutely perfect for 2 art & architecture lovers who also enjoyed walking to so many fabulous museums and sights. The apartment is charming in an old Parisian building — a short distance from the Seine River. It is complete with beautiful wood floors, an old wood ceiling beam and plenty of tall casement windows. The windows facing the street are double-paned for a nice quiet sleep. The bed was super comfortable with a lovely duvet and bedspread. The bathroom was great. The kitchen is compact with all you need to make a simple meal “at home.” There’s a Nepresso coffee maker which we loved and even a compact dishwasher. Also included is a washing machine. We loved our stay at Marc & Mina’s VRBO apartment. Mina greeted us as soon as we arrived from the airport allowing us to drop off our suitcases, settle in and get out into Paris. She gave us a tour of the building and explained how the appliances worked. She is so welcoming! The apartment is upstairs. An elevator was being installed while we were there, but we actually liked walking up the 2 flights of old wood and stone stairs which gracefully curve upwards. The building is quiet and on a quiet street a half block away from all the liveliness of Paris streets, shops, and cafes. And, there’s a grocery store nearby. All this at a very fair price and an easy train ride to and from CDG airport. We would stay here again!

Classic apartment in perfect location

This is a charming apartment in an historic building, perfectly located steps from the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The size and layout are ideal for a couple — we loved this for a week in Paris and would return in a heartbeat.

PERFECT LOCATION IN PARIS

Marc and Mina's apartment is in the perfect location near the St. Michel Metro and RER stops. We wanted to live like the locals when in Paris, and this gave us the opportunity to do so! Prior to arrival, Marc's wife, Mina, was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had. Mina met us at the apartment and gave us the tour and explained how everything worked. She also gave us neighborhood recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. Mina also gave us a Paris Olympics Metro map, which was very convenient since some stops were not open during the Olympics due to events nearby. The apartment is quintessential French! There are 44 steps to get the apartment, but my 68 year old body navigated them well, even after several days of walking 10 miles! We loved the modern and updated bathroom and kitchen, as well as the bedroom closets, which provided plenty of storage for the week. We did laundry once while there, so that washing machine was a great asset! The apartment is not air-conditioned, which is very typical for most of Paris. We left the windows open at night while sleeping, and with the oscillating fan, we were always comfortable in the apartment, even during the first week of August. Be aware the garbage trucks or street cleaning trucks go down the street very early nearly every morning between 5:30 and 7:00am, so if you are a light sleeper, you may wish to close the windows! This experience with Mina and Marc through VRBO was perfect!

Great Location!!

It was a great location! Close to many things. The apartment had what we needed for our stay. 👍 3 story walk up, we knew that, no AC, we knew that too, but we found a fan, that helped alot, warm in Paris. What was not good, no Wifi, no help on that. Communicated that , and responce was our devices and never a problem before! We had Android and Apple products tried many times to nothing. Could have newer bath towels, and blankets. Information book could have had more info in it, for new visitors to Paris. All in all good place to be. 👍Looked like a elevator is being installed!!👏 Would rent again.

Great location. It is walking distance to many tourist attractions and the metro. Very nice boulangerie and cafes right down the street. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and cool, and much larger than any hotel you could find for a similar price. Amazing place to center your trip to Paris around!

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood!

This was our second stay at Marc and Mina’s apartment, and it was wonderful. We were greeted by Mina for the checkin, and she is just delightful—warm, energetic, informative, responsive, and welcomed us as friends. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (US), and an elevator is currently in the works. It has multiple windows which provide great air flow, good walk-in shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and ample closet space. WiFi worked great, and extras such as coffee pods, laundry detergent are very much appreciated. We had everything we needed to feel at home, and we will be returning. Thank you Mina!

Great location in the heart of the Sixth!

Marc and Mina's apartment is located in an historic building in the heart of the beautiful Sixth Arrondissement. Mina was extremely welcoming when we arrived, showing us around the apartment and how to use all appliances. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed extremely comfortable. An elevator was being installed when we were there, which we are sure will be welcomed by many guests. Nonetheless, the stairs are easy.

Perfect location

We had a lovely 9 night stay in Mina’s apartment. It’s located in a fantastic area of the 6 th with easy access to the 5th, 6th and 7th arrondismonts and Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame, Louvre and Tuileries are all so close. It’s on a quiet street with a great little restaurant only 1/2 a block away. The check in was easy and the apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed was firm, plenty of good lighting and a well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again

Our 11 nights in this apartment were delightful. The apartment is easy to get to as it is near a metro station and train station. Nearby are the wonderful historic sites of Paris, a wealth of restaurants and shops, and plenty of museums to explore. Mina met us at the apartment and gave a very thorough and friendly introduction to the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Communication was easy before and during our stay. We really enjoyed this apartment. We’d definitely stay here again if it is available.
