Open kitchen, living room, HD - TV, radio, Apple TV, Mini Pc Windows, bedroom with double bed and HDTV, bathroom / WC, a spa tub, fondue and raclette. South terrace, evening sun Unique views of the Matterhorn. Non smoking apartment. Take the local bus (50m from the house Fleckenstein) easy access to the various mountain railways, railway station and the city center. The use of the local bus is free in the winter for a ski pass. The apartment was amazing. There is a free bus just a few feet away to get you everywhere if you don’t feel like walking. It is just how the pictures look. The Matterhorn is beautiful from the window. Very spacious. The arrival package was very thoughtful and really appreciated since we got there late. Thanks so much.

Terrific apartment in quieter part of town

Lovely apartment about at 15-min walk (uphill) or 6-min bus ride from the train station, so it is quieter (other than a major construction project going on nearby). Responsive host. Nice view of the Matterhorn from the patio, which is lovely to relax on after a day of hiking.

Great stay

Loved our stay here and enjoyed everything about it. The view of the Matterhorn from the back deck was breathtaking. Very clean and very prompt communication.

Wonderful stay and wonderful apartment

Modern, exceptionally clean, and well appointed and decorated. The apartment had all the amenities one would need. The owners are very dedicated to providing an outstanding vacation residence experience. They truly provide a home away from home for the Zermatt visitor.

Lovely stay in Zermatt

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The apartment is very spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. We were able to cook dinners most nights and enjoyed doing so. The coffee machine broke during our stay and the host was able to get us a replacement that same night. Amazing property with great views and a great host.

Amazing!!

This was the most beautiful property! It had an amazing view of the Matterhorn which was breathtaking! And the owner was so sweet and left a gift basket for us. Me and my friends had an amazing stay and if we’re ever in Zermatt again we will definitely be renting this property!

Really nice apartment and great contact with Nicole, the host, who couldn't have been more helpful. Perhaps better for 2 people than 3- it would be perfect for a couple. Really nice welcome selection of groceries. local information and all in all very happy with the choice.

Perfect stay and view of the Matterhorn

Our stay was awesome. The only bad part was that we couldn’t stay longer. From the moment we walked in the place felt like home. Clean, modern and exactly as the pictures shown. We even had a little welcoming basket with some goodies in it, as a pleasant surprise. Great view of the Matterhorn in the morning as we sat on the patio enjoying our coffee. Extremely close to the bus stop, even though we walked everywhere. Definitely recommend staying here. No hesitation to book again if we come back.

Stay Here, You'll be Glad You Did

Beautiful flat with the most amaxing Matterhorn views. We loved the chandelier above the dinning room table & the dimmable lights throughout as well as the electronic shutters to adjust lighting & keep the heat in. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was a must after a full day of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need including a Raclette Stone Grill which we absolutely loved and made use of several times. A welcome baskets was included upon our arrival with Wine, Orange Juice, Bread, Milk, Cheese & Butter. Check-in & out were easy and even though we didn't personally meet our host we received an immediate response to any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Howdy from Houston, Texas!

We enjoyed our stay in Zermatt! What made it especially nice was our VRBO condo. It was a nice location from town, beautiful views of the Matterhorn from the back porch, condo hosts were excellent, responsive, very helpful and friendly. The condo was adequately stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking simple meals and grocery stores were a short walk away. Oh, arriving with a host provided food and beverage gift basket awaiting was a nice touch! Travel can be tiring from one country to another, it was not only thoughtful, but a helpful gesture and pleasant surprise. The elevation change between the condo and town made it a bit of a short but challenging walk (mostly from town back to condo). We seriously enjoyed it and laughed about it each time (which was so much fun), but for those who may have physical limitations, it could be an issue? However, Zermatt has lots of available taxi’s or electric bikes rentals as an alternative to overcome this one issue outside of hosts control. This condo was just an overall inviting place to return home after a day of site-seeing, shopping or activities. I would absolutely recommend this nicely appointed VRBO and hosts and we would stay here again!!!

This apartment fulfilled all our expectations

A great and well-equipped apartment with everything we needed for a fantastic holiday! A nice welcome basket with everything we needed for a quick meal was very much appreciated, as we arrived in Zermatt on a Sunday afternoon. The nice view of the Matterhorn was an added bonus which we really enjoyed. This apartment was a perfect starting point for our daily hikes in the mountains, and we would very much like to come back! Rundum zufrieden!

Diesen Sommer hat alles mitgespielt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles an Board, inklusive Safe, komplette Küchenausstattung mit Raclette, Töpfen, Pfannen usw. Unvergesslich die Aussicht auf den schönsten Berg Europas, den wir diesmal fast jedes mal bei Sonnenauf - und -Untergang von der Terrasse genießen durften. Die Waschmaschine im Keller ist für Alle nutzbar. Auch haben wir in regelmäßigen Abständen eine Zwischenreinigung der Wohnung bekommen. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich rührend um die Gäste, das haben wir auch zu schätzen gelernt. Die Gegend - Wiestiboden - ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Elektrobus gut erreichbar, wenn man nicht den Anstieg zu Fuß machen möchte (was nach ein paar Tagen Gewöhnung nicht mehr schwer fällt). Zusammenfassung: es war eine Zeit, die wir immer in bester Erinnerung behalten!

Immaculate ground floor apartment with sunny terrace overlooking Matterhorn, quiet but convenient.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Flat is very comfortable and modern (mainly ikea!) with a few steam punk features (mainly the amazing chandelier). The flat has everything you could need: WiFi, 2 TVs, information about the resort, full kitchen with all you could need including fondue, raclette sets, cooking utensils galore, dishwasher, great L shaped sofa, good hot shower and jacuzzi bath. The location is very good- a healthy uphill walk from town, but the local/ski bus passes pretty much outside the front door to take you anywhere in town if you don’t fancy the walk. It’s a quiet residential area and the apartment has a sunny terrace looking straight at the Matterhorn. The only small niggle here is that it’s not that private being on the ground floor and right next to your neighbour without a dividing fence....not that many people around to worry you though, and this may be a bonus for the more sociable. Washing is quite easily done in the communal cellar laundry shared by the rest of the small block of flats. We never struggled to get our washing done. Next door is the ski room for all your ski gear. The owners of the apartment were very helpful, easy to get hold of and very quickly fixed the dishwasher when it needed to be- many thanks! Access to the slopes fairly easy- hop on the regular bus which literally stops next door, and in a few minutes you’ll be at the Matterhorn glacier paradise lifts. Stay on longer for the Gornergrat train or sunnegga lifts. Getting back not quite so easy- took us a while to realise best to change buses otherwise you end up going all over town before getting home as it’s kind of a figure of 8 circuit. Zermatt an amazing small town full of charm, no motor vehicles (just a few electric buses and taxis) with pedestrians given the right of way. Loads of lovely bars and restaurants on and off the mountain. Great opportunities for winter hikes if you don’t fancy skiing every day. Would love to return in the summer to walk more of the mountain! Great (luxury) home from home.
