The Sand Dollar II Building is undergoing a property-wide restoration project from mid-August 2025 till projected completion in March 2026. During this time, we are offering discounted rates on reservations. Please be advised that there will be construction activity, with impacts varying by unit/timeframe. Sand Dollar 2-107 is a gorgeous, totally renovated first floor oceanfront unit with stunning ocean views. The convenient oceanfront patio is steps away from the beach boardwalk and the pool!

This unit features:
Fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (sleeps 6 guests)
Living Room and Master bedroom with ocean views
Oceanfront patio
Remodeled open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Quartzite countertops
Tile floors throughout unit with carpet in Master bedroom
Master bedroom with a King bed and expanded Master bathroom with large jetted garden tub and walk-in shower
