About this property

Spacious holiday home with sea views and garden near the beach on Elba Island

We rent our spacious holiday home for 5 people on the north coast of the island of Elba in S. Andrea. The house with sea view is surrounded by greenery, in a Mediterranean garden. It has large terraces. In a few minutes you can reach the sea. The place is also an ideal base for hiking even out of season.
Our lovingly renovated house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on 2 floors.
The upper floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The spacious living room with an open attic is equipped with a sofa bed, table, fireplace, modern kitchen and a small gallery library and connects to a furnished terrace.
The lower floor is connected to the upper floor by an internal staircase. Here is a comfortable 3 bed living room with wood stove and shower / toilet. A forecourt with a sea view leads into a large garden with fruit trees, pines and palm trees. There is also a brick barbecue area here.
In a small bowl on the upper terrace you will find a washing machine, a clothes horse, broom etc. You can also store your suitcases here.
For the colder seasons, powerful electric stoves are available in addition to the fireplace and wood stove.
We have partially furnished our house with antique furniture. The kitchen is stylish and modern. We appreciate attentive tenants who appreciate an aesthetic environment.

Vacances à Sant’Andréa

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée avec une splendide vue sur la mer et la végétation environnante. Le quartier est très calme . En Août il y a beaucoup de monde à la plage de Sant’Andréa alors il est préférable de trouver des plages plus tranquilles . Le premier supermarché est à 25 minutes de route .

Haus mit Meerblick

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Hang in S.Andrea und entspricht der Beschreibung/Bebilderung und den vorangegangenen Bewertungen! Parkplätze am Ort, wie generell auf Elba, sind ein Problem, aber Frau Jermann konnte für uns die optimale Lösung bereitstellen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Strand ist über einen Trampelpfad gut erreichbar, die Restaurants am Strand servieren täglich fangfrischen Fisch. In der Hochsaison ist zu bedenken, dass der Platz begrenzt ist- Hunde dürfen mit an den Strand. Am Haus hat die Spülmaschine doch sehr gefehlt, aber wir wussten vorher auf was wir uns einlassen. Dafür sind 2 Kühlschränke gerade in der Hitze Gold wert. Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen bei bestem Wetter in S.Andrea

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern einen super Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus auf Elba verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem tollen Meerblick und den kurzen Wegen zu den Stränden ist einzigartig. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben die Abende auf der großen Terrasse sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Frau Jermann, die bei Fragen immer prompt reagiert hat.

wunderschön und Erholsam

wie haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesen schönen Haus verbracht! das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick zum Meer ein Traum. Waren das erste mal auf Elba und sind mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen zurück in die Schweiz gefahrenen! danke auch an Frau Alexandra Jermann für die schnelle Kommunikation wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Schönes Haus mit superschöner Aussicht

Alles wie beschrieben. Küche ist leider ein wenig klein sodass wir den Tisch für Ablage und Arbeitsfläche mitbenutzen mussten. Die duschabtrennung im oberen bad sollten erneuert werden. Das untere Zimmer war war bedingt des Wetters klamm. Wir hatten aber eine schöne zeit und würden auch wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage mit Blick auf das Meer

Wir habe zwei herrliche Wochen hier verbracht. Der Weg zum morgendlichen Bad im Meer ist kurz. Abends haben wir das Abendessen auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Die Küche ist schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche im Bad ist gut. Gewünscht hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Handtücher und Wechselbettwäsche. Bequemere Stühle auf der Terrasse wären noch schön gewesen. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Bibliothek. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist top und ruhig.

Eine besondere Unterkunft an einem besonderen Platz

Wir waren 10 Nächte im wunderschönen Haus mit tollem Garten. Unsere Kinder (6; 10) waren begeistert von der Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Ein besonderer Familienurlaub. Gerne wieder!

Traumhaft

Wunderschönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus! Wir waren mit Hund dort…..perfekt durch den eingezäunten Garten. Die 2 Terrassen sind Gold wert, wir waren auch froh 2 Bäder zu haben. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat alle Fragen schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Der Ort selber erinnert mich an Italien vor 30 Jahren….kein Fastfood, traditionell und einfach nur angenehm. Danke nochmal und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspanntes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben als Paar mit Hund drei wunderschöne Wochen in dem sehr schönen großzügigen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage mit Blick von der Terrasse bis zum Meer ist wunderschön. Der große eingezäunte Garten ideal. Der Weg zum Sandstrand ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.In St. Andrea gibt es einen Minimarkt und Restaurants. Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge empfanden wir als optimal. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir lieben Elba und waren zum wiederholten Mal in dem wundervollen Ferienhaus. Unser Lieblingsplatz ist die großzügige Terrasse mit dem tollen Meerblick. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist immer sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles wunderbar

Wohnung ist großzügig und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage mit super Meerblick. Haben jedes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genossen. Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle!

Un véritable acte de paix...

Une maison très bien décorée, paisible avec vue sur la mer...et le jardin. Nous avoir passé 10 jours et nous avons apprécié la vue sur la mer de la terrasse, la proximité de la plage et des chambres indépendantes. C’est une très belle île à découvrir...

Entspannung pur

Das Ferienhaus ist ideal gelegen und sehr geräumig. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Geschirrspülmaschine wäre noch schön, aber es geht auch mal 2 Wochen "ohne". Die Terrasse und die Aussicht auf's Meer ist traumhaft. Der Strand und die Felsen links und rechts davon sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Wir 5 (2 Erwachsene/2Kinder/1Hund) haben einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Elba verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in dem großzügigen Haus zwischen Pinien und Palmen sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einmalig. Das Haus ist gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Über kleine Pfade ist man schnell an einem der schönen Strände. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer sehr netten kleinen Feriensiedlung. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Von der Terrasse kam man ins Grüne und auf das Meer sehen. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und doch zentral. Zum Strand kann man problemlos zu Fuß gehen. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr nette Ausflugsziele. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus war wunderschön. Großzügig, sauber, top ausgestattete Küche und für uns 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern (12, 10 & 8) schön viel Platz. Gesellschaftsspiele, großer Garten und sehr schöne Terrasse! Zum Meer nur wenige Gehminuten mit verschiedene Stränden zur Auswahl. Wir waren begeistert!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus mit einer heiteren Atmosphäre zum rundum Wohlfühlen. Ob es die beiden Terrassen sind, mit Schatten oder Sonne je nach Bedarf oder die fußläufige Nähe zum Felsenstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser, ob das große Angebot an Büchern oder der wunderbare Ausblick aufs Meer, es ist für alle Bedürfnisse gesorgt und wir haben uns selten so gut erholt! Vielen Dank an die Besitzerin für ihre freundliche und hilfsbereite Aufmerksamkeit. Wir kommen gern wieder!
