- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

We had a great time, Lake Windermere Pointe is an awesome base for exploring Invermere and the surrounding area. The unit had everything we needed and our hosts were helpful and easy to work with. Having the pool and hot tub was nice for our kids, and James Chabot Beach being so close was perfect. Would happily book again in the future!

Suite was spacious, with a fully functional kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable seating, and seamless check-in. We brought our dog and had ample room for her kennel as well. Would recommend to others and will likely rebook for future holidays.

Comfortable & clean

My family enjoyed the everything the apartment had to offer. It was comfortable, clean and had all the conveniences we could want to make our stay feel like home. It was also easy to make arrangements and when I did have one minor difficulty, the manager was quick to respond and fix the issue.

Great location. Perfect for family and pets.

We had a very comfortable stay here as a family of four with a dog. The kitchen was well outfitted, making it easy for us to cook some of our own meals. The location, right beside James Chabot Park, is lovely and a great place to start a long walk. The unit was very clean, easily accessible, large enough to spread out and relax in comfort at the end of an active day and the owner was very responsive to our questions/concerns. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect For our Family

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Location is close to downtown and only 30 minutes to Panorama. Kitchen is stocked with the basics (but if you do a lot of cooking I would suggest bringing extra spices). The pool and hot tubs are great if you don't want to go too far. As well as the beach is just a 2 min walk from the building. We would definitely stay again

Great location, building pretty loud

Overall we were quite happy with our stay at Lake Windermere Pointe. There were beautiful walking trails near by at James Chabot beach, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The couches and beds were comfy and the suite had a very relaxing vibe. Unfortunately the suite above ours was very loud and we heard everything happening upstairs, including their Friday night party. Not suggested for kids who have trouble sleeping and have to go to bed early.

Noise level from the unit above was ridiculous. There is absolutely no sound proofing. It felt like they were in the room with us. Complaints to the unit manager fell on deaf ears. No compensation was offered. Was supposed to be a relaxing getaway from a stressful week but turned into a nightmare.

This condo is in a development near to a provincial park with public beach and a wildlife sanctuary area. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for up to six people I would imagine. Unfortunately, the pool was not accessible due to repairs. The smart TV was not functioning as expected. Communication with the caretaker was efficient. There isn't much around within walking distance in terms of restaurants or downtown community, but many places were easily within a few minutes drive.

Great location

We love the area and typically stay in panorama. Took a chance and switched it up this visit to be closer to friends and town. The location was great, close access to the lake and downtown invermere. Pool on the property was also a nice feature and well used. Under ground parking was also great. The overall condo complex is in need of some updating, cleaning, fixture replacing and is a bit run down. In particular in the common areas. Cleanliness and amenities available within the actual unit we rented was poor and disappointing, especially for the cost / rate of the daily stay. Would recommend that a different cleaning service is used and/or a deep clean be done as the current standard isn’t acceptable. For the cost, the unit didn’t come with any beach items or pool towels and had very limited basic kitchen items. Not really sufficient for anyone traveling to the location or a family staying. The basic kitchen items are also in need of replacing. While not a direct issue with the condo we rented, the units directly above had guests that stomped and ran around nearly constantly which was also disruptive to our experience and sleeping so just something to keep in mind as it was a second floor unit.
