Bring the whole family to this great property *steps* from Windermere Lake with lots of room for fun and activities! This 2 bedroom 2 full bath plus den is excellent for a family and friends getaway to Invermere. Enjoy soaking in one of the TWO outdoor hot tubs and then cool down in the pool after a round of golf or mountain biking this summer. After, relax on the balcony while BBQ'ing your favourites. Ample parking with an underground parking stall and additional outdoor stalls!

Host was good at communicating. Property was just like the photos. We had a comfortable stay. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to hot tub on premise not in working order.

We stayed here over Christmas and it exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip with our dog, and the setup was perfect. The unit is on the main floor directly across from the front entry, making it very easy for taking the dog in and out. Dog waste bags were provided onsite near the garbage and recycling area.We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed in the closet, identical to the one we have at home. Our dog settled in almost immediately. There was also a playpen for small children and a Vicks vapor water steamer, which felt like a thoughtful and family friendly touch.I take my two children on trips instead of buying Christmas gifts, and this location was ideal. Even in winter, being on the lake was beautiful and peaceful. There are fast food options, sushi, a smoothie and whole foods shop, and a gas station within a short walk across the road. Downtown Invermere with local shops, cafes, restaurants, and groceries is only a few minutes away by car. The Panorama Mountain Resort access road is very close.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than the photos suggest. The bedding and linens were high quality with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and even seasonings, which reduced how much shopping we needed to do. Underground parking was a huge bonus in winter, and communication with the owner was easy and responsive.We will absolutely be back!

The property was nice and clean and communication with the landlord was easy. But there are somethings I did not like. I could not open the curtains because they are looking straight into A&W. There were no beach towels, and the back door was difficult to close, which made me feel uneasy as they are at ground level.

Had a great stay with a large group including toddlers and pet. Condo was well stocked with basics and had some fun extra toys/games that the kids loved. The condo being on ground level right next to the main entrance was very convenient when needing to take the dog out. Nick had great communication and we enjoyed our stay :)

Nice condo close to the beach

This condo was clean, nice, and had a very good location close to the beach. The only issues we had was some confusion at check in because of having the check information in pieces in multiple different places (VRBO email for door code, email and messages for building code, separate email for door QR), but Nick was quick to answer my call and sort it out. The second issue was that there needs to be a clear picture that shows only the den from the outside of the room (right now the picture of the den is from the far side of the living room, as the background behind the kitchen). Having never been there before, we did not clearly understand that the den only had a curtain separating it from the living space.Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the beds comfortable and the location to be wonderful.

Very clean and comfortable accomodation in great location

The condo was very easy to access on the ground floor of the complex and adjacent to the main entrance. It was very clean and comfortable, but the dishwasher was very noisey so couldn't run it at night. We understood from guests in other condos that there were a number of rules in place covering the complex, regarding the pool, pets, refuse disposal and quiet times, so it would have been helpful to have these detailed/listed within the condo for us to be aware of.
