La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this house located 50m from the sea and 200m from the Saint-Clément-des-Baleines lighthouse beach.
Easy access by car, you can park 1 vehicle in front of the property.
This lovely house is in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths as well as the dike promenade which will take you to the Phare des Baleines in a few minutes on foot and to the beach about 200m away.
OUTSIDE:
The house has a large garden and a very quiet and pleasant sunny terrace: you can hear the sea from the garden.
Also easily accessible by bike, you can park your bikes on the property through an access at the back of the garden that leads directly to the dike.
GROUND FLOOR:
A living / dining room with a lounge area.
A fully equipped kitchen.
BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed.
1 shower room.
1 toilet.
UPSTAIRS
BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds 90x200cm that can be pushed together to make 1 double bed 180x200cm.
BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds 90x200cm.
BEDROOM 4: 2 single beds 90x200cm.
A first bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.
A 2nd separate toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities and flavours, art and decoration, we are happy to let you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival we will give you in addition to our welcome kit a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ăle de RĂ© in the best conditions!

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included (during our opening hours).
The tourist tax is not included.
