First season of rental House HOMERE fully refitted, located in the middle of a wooded and enclosed area of ​​nearly 4,000 m2, 80 meters from the sea and enjoying local services such as food, catering and bike rental in road to the bike paths of Martray salt marshes.

The Homere villa offers the rare privacy of a 4,000sqm planted garden only 80m away from the sea, while being walking distance from the convenience of a supermarket and other food options.
Loveliest way to discover the island, bikes can be rented for the day or along with the easy access to the bike path to the Martray's "salt marshes" (salt marshes).
For the first time, the villa has been entirely re-equipped with modern appliances and is the ideal oasis to enjoy Ile de Ré in family or between friends.

Holiday at Homere

Amazing villa in a perfect location. Pool and hot tub were fantastic to use and great little shop and bike hire at nearby camp site. Cathy is a wonderful host and was so helpful during our stay. Will definitely return

Bonjour à tous,nous avons passé la semaine de Pâques sur l'île de Ré avec un total de 8 personnes issues de 2 familles. Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans la maison de Cathy et Jean-Max, près de Le Martray ( La Couarde ).La maison est très spacieuse pour 8 personnes et le jardin, avec ses deux jacuzzis, est immense et se trouve à deux pas de la plage. Nous avons eu un temps de rêve et cette semaine a donc été pour nous comme une semaine de vacances d'été. Cathy est une hôte charmante et s'est occupée de tout ce qui concernait notre hébergement, de sorte que nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est incroyablement bien équipée, en particulier la cuisine qui dispose de tout ce dont on peut rêver. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à HOMERÉ et nous aimerions beaucoup y retourner à l'avenir. Un grand merci à Cathy et Jean Max, bonne continuation et à bientôt,Johannes & Betty

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Alles ist exakt so wie angegeben. Die Lage ist großartig, in zwei Minuten ist man am Strand, was wir und unser Hund sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt und v.a. die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als alle Ferienhäuser, die wir zuvor hatten. Von der Planck bis zum Smoker blieb kein Wunsch offen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Zuvorkommenheit und Gastfreundlichkeit von Cathy, Jean-Max, Natalie, Julien und all den anderen. Wann im ein - meist von uns ausgelöstes - Problem kleinerer Art auftauchte, bekam man binnen Minuten ein Feedback und jemand kam vorbei. Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher einmal wiederkommen.

Lovely house in tropical garden near the beach

Lovely spacious tropical garden, located close to the beach, peaceful and beautiful island, very well-equipped house and garden, lovely property. We really enjoyed our stay here.
