Cet appartement situé au dernier étage n'est pas adapté pour un séjour en été. 5 nuits, 5 nuits blanches sans parler de la journée. Aérer et fermer les volets, associé à des appareils de ventilation brassant de l'air chaud ne suffit pas.La canicule était certe présente, mais connaissant bien le secteur, les étés sont toujours très chauds.Le ménage a été fait à moitié, les murs avaient de nombreuses traces, un des lits était déboité, rideau de douche non adapté, flexible de douche à changer...Des parties communes avec des odeurs désagréables.En résumé, une vraie déception.

Appartement convenable

Appartement propre, bien situé et convenable mais des détails agaçants comme: Rideau de douche mal taillé en bas Évier bouché ... sans syphon dessous Meubles qui font chip.... bancals, qui se deboitent ou basse qualité (le ventilateur ne ventile rien), le sol irrégulier n'y aide pas. Odeur de crotte de chien en montant dans l'escalier. Avec les fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit de la rue est très présent notamment la nuit.

Pour une 1ere expérience de ce genre de location, impeccable : simplicité dans les démarches, propreté, équipement, linge de maison fourni, internet... Au top. A part le passage de véhicules trop important et trop vite la nuit.
