Romantic retreats, weekends with a friend, or solo trips are welcome at Oak Square 206, an upscale 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo rental in the heart of Gatlinburg, TN. Walk to shops, eateries, and attractions and return to your Gatlinburg condo to enjoy relaxing amenities anytime. Plus, you'll have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools during your stay in the Oak Square Condominium community!

Inside the condo, sprawl out on the sofa with a chaise and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. On brisk evenings, light a firelog in the fireplace* to get cozy with your spouse and a glass of wine. When you're feeling hungry, whip up meals, snacks, and drinks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with major appliances, a coffeemaker, and stone countertops.

Set the wooden table for 2 in the dining area just off the kitchen for mealtimes and games together. Need a little fresh air? Slip onto the balcony where you can sit for a while, take in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy partial mountain views in the distance. Before heading to the bedroom, take a soothing hot shower in the stone-and-tile shower and brush your teeth over the bowl sink.

When it's time to hit the hay, the king-size bed beckons you to unwind. You can flip on the mounted TV for a little entertainment or turn on the bedside lamp for a late-night read or chat with your partner. You can also tap into the complimentary Wi-Fi to stay connected and take advantage of the guest-use laundry facility within the condo community. Plus, you'll have flat, paved parking and an elevator to make stays easier.

Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

*Only 1 firelog may be used at a time; firelogs are easier to light and help keep a fire burning longer. Wood logs are currently not allowed.

Amenities were as expected per listed, condo was clean & comfortable. Only thing that needed improvement was the number of towels & washcloths provided. We had 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths, 1 hand towel for 2 adults for 5 days. If there was in room laundry this could work, luckily I read about this issue & brought towels with us.

Great little cabin in the city!

Great location and beautiful condo

The location is great because you can walk to everything. The condo was in great condition compared to other we have stayed in at Oak Square. The only thing I could complain about is, their were no wash clothes in the entire condo. Everything else was good!

Relaxing

I wanted my high school best friend(Grad-73) to have the cabin experience without being too far from the action and this was perfect! We were within walking distance to all the sights and amenities. Perfect location, very cozy Condo in perfect location

First time at this property, it was great, decorated Cabin style, very clean and very well equipped. Looks like kitchen and bath were totally upgraded. Perfect location walked to everything, we didnt move the car the entire Memorial Day weekend. The only glitch was the coffee maker didn't work but after calling a brand new pot was delivered in the box, Excellent customer service! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. perfect for 2 people.

Location is best in Gatlinburg. Walk to anywhere on The Strip. Unit was beautifully decorated, including bathroom. Very comfortable furniture. Elevator is right outside. Loved being able to see the Skybridge lit up at night from the front door balcony. Owner was prompt on sending check-in instructions and all communication was as they said it would be. Very happy.

Cabin feel downtown!

The location is great. I owned a log home for 14 years in this area and this unit felt like I was in a cabin once inside the unit. Very nice, clean , comfortable beds. If staying in this building this would be the unit to rent. Updated and like new. The only suggestion would be updating TV’s to smart tv’s so Netflix and other streaming services can be viewed. But place was a 5 for us. Enjoyed it and it was close to our favorite restaurant Bennetts.

Oak Square

This is a very-very small Condo. It is a shot gun design, with a small living area, a hall that has a small kitchenette and bathroom off of it to bedroom that has a small queen size bed. There is a balcony that looks out over the swimming pool, but you can't open the door to make use of it. The unit is adequate for sleeping and for 2 people to use for a couple of days of in and out, but if you are looking to relax at this unit for any length of time, I would not choose it.

A good cleaning and a few hours of maintenance would go a long way.

Nice concept condo with the cabin theme. However, it is obvious that only a cursory cleaning is provided after each guest. Bring your Clorox wipes if you want to avoid previous guest’s germs. The poor lighting lends toward the cabin ambiance and initially camouflages the dust and dirt, but you soon see the dirt once your eyes adjust to the dim lighting. There is a nice balcony but the A/C unit that’s on it pushes out hot air that eliminates sitting on the balcony. May be nice in the winter? The location is great. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. With a thorough cleaning and repairs completed we could give a 5 star rating.

Fantastic Location and Ambiance

Beautifully appointed condo close to National Park on quiet side of town. Parking was easy, although the complex was not fully booked so i imagine it can get pretty full. There were plenty of carts and elevators for hauling luggage to condo. I liked the code for entry, no fumbling for keys or a card. Once you entered it felt you were in a cabin not a condo and it was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning crew did a great job of cleaning and readying condo, it also smelled clean upon entry. The patio view was of River road, mountains and the Ober sky lift, beautiful! The bed was comfortable as well, supportive of your back but not too firm, in my opinion with plenty of closet space for luggage. The shower was upscale and smooth rock floorpan was nonslippery and comfortable on my feet. We didnt use pools but they appeared clean, there is a laundry on 3rd floor which we didnt use but was convenient, just bring the detergent, dryer sheets and quarters. We didnt experience any noise or issues during our stay. Very close walk to parkway/main street and restaurants such as Howards, Bennetts BBQ, Park Grill, Cherokee grill, Cumberland Jacks and the famous Crocketts breakfast camp. Communication from Cabins for You was swift and helpful, super easy to work with. The best experience in lodging weve had 10 out of 10 will book from them again.

The bed is like sleeping on rocks. No management

The mattress was like a hard rock my husband had to sleep on couch. No management ever came to office the whole time there. We had questions on parking never given a pass to put in our car. We made one on an piece of paper we found at unit.The bathroom floor had not been mopped the corners in room dirt filled. We loved to decor and location. Being able to local restaurants and the streets of Gatlinburg was amazing

Perfect fit

As a couple who loves both hiking in the National Park as well as the local activities, shopping and ambiance, it was a perfect location for us with the woodsy feel. We had great parking for the local parkway strolls as well as easy access into the park and the bypass to Pigeon Forge. It is perfect for two people. Don't let the outside appearance of the building fool you! It was a cute and cozy condo! Thanks once again Cabins for You!! We have not been disappointed yet!

Cabin was not ready for habitation

Short and to the point: NEVER AGAIN! Place was FILTHY AT CHECK IN. We were stuck with either living with it the first night or sleeping in our car. DISGRACEFUL. The next morning, upon complaint, a 5 person cleaning team did show up and made it “liveable”. Place is DARK AND DINGY AND FURNITURE AND LAMPS ( wattage) unacceptable. Carpets were FILTHY. We would have bailed but as you know, this was PEAK SEASON and no place to stay in the vacinity.

Petra, we hate to hear your stay with us was so poor, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback. We can certainly understand your disappointment and frustration when settling into your cabin, only to realize the property has not been adequately cleaned. Though we’re glad you made us aware of the concerns right away, and we sent housekeeping out to reclean, this is not how we wanted you to spend your vacation. This is by no means our standard, and we will be sure to address your concerns with the departments directly involved. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced, and we would love to host you again in the future for a more enjoyable stay, as this is not the norm for us.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for the two of us. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything and the park entrance was right around the corner.
