This charming 105 m² chalet on the edge of a forest overlooking a river, with mountain views, can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 27 m² living room (with wood-burning stove) and a 14 m² lounge/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,200 m².

Ground floor:
- A 27 m² living room with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove (optional)
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including Mr Cuisine food processor, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- 14 m² lounge/bedroom with double sofa bed and bunk bed (sleeps 2), TV, coffee table, armchairs
- Bedroom 1&2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Separate WC with washbasin
- Separate shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, DVD player, films and board games.

Outside:
- A lovely 1,200 m² garden, private and not enclosed
- A 20 m² shaded terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A storage room with sledges, badminton rackets, petanque balls, etc.

The chalet is ideally located in Ventron, in very pleasant and above all very quiet surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, farms, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking (departure on foot from the chalet, numerous circuits in the region), cycling, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledging (winter and summer), visits to natural sites, museums, 4-season resorts nearby, swimming (lakes nearby: Saulxures 10 min, Gerardmer and Xonrupt Longemer 30 min), tree climbing, visits to craft workshops, etc.
- La Bresse Le Honeck station (15 mins by car), accessible by shuttle bus
- Gerardmer station (30 min by car)

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont (30 km)
- Nearest airport: Basel-Mulhouse (80 km)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost of €15/person for a linen and towel kit (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The wood-burning stove is functional, and wood (25 cm logs) is supplied on request for a fixed price to be paid on site.
- Pets welcome free of charge (ground floor only). Two pets are allowed in this accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
