Our spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. With cozy bedrooms and inviting common areas, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and spend quality time together.

Our home is conveniently situated near shopping centers and the hospital, ensuring easy access to your everyday needs. Additionally, the fairgrounds are just minutes away, allowing you to immerse yourself in local events and entertainment.

Our Home is close to the Duncan Bypass and HWY 81, offering easy transportation options for exploring the area. Nearby, you'll find Fort Sill, casinos, and a variety of restaurants, providing ample choices for dining and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as listed. Nice back yard for our dog, comfortable living and sleeping areas and host was very easy to communicate with.

Very clean home and pet friendly. Location was ideal for Duncan and the neighborhood was very friendly. You can tell the owners have put a lot of work into maintaining the home. If we need a place to stay in the future, we will be back!

The entrance was a let down as there were weeds, dirty glass door and unkept porch. The house was generally clean as in floors, bathrooms, and bedding. But inside of cabinets were filled with crumbs, baseboards, mirrors, windows, sills, and baseboards were dirty. It was livable but had a general feeling of neglect. The host was congenial and prompt. Check in was easy. Although we didn't cook or do laundry, the appliances were new and clean.

Fairgrounds event

We stay here every year for an event held at the fairgrounds. The house is in a great location, nested in a nice established neighborhood. Plenty of room and beds. Use of garage is an extra!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Front door lock did not work so I had to call the owner to let us in and lock up on our way out. One thing I should have checked being an older home the bathroom doors were not wide enough for a walker. The bed in bedroom 2 at the front of the house needs a new mattress. You can feel the springs. I had to put two blankets on top of the sheet to be able to sleep.

Excellent property

The house is located in a nice subdivision. We appreciated being able to use the garage and the labels on the light switches.The master bedroom mattress is comfy and master bathroom is very spacious.

Weekend at the fairgrounds

Great stay. House was perfect for our family for the long weekend. Plenty of beds and bedding. It was nice to be able to park in the garage as well. Would definitely rent again!

Spacious Duncan Home

Enjoyed our weekend at this very lovely home. Big TVs, comfortable beds and great seating in this nice ranch. Our dog enjoyed the back yard and we loved the quiet neighborhood close to everything. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

Short notice of trip and we found a place for us all to stay. The house had plenty of sleeping quarters stocked well with towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. Lots of seating in the living area and outside.

I enjoy having people share my home and the Duncan OK area. Duncan is a nice community with a lot to do and see. Other close areas that also have fun things to do including the great Casinos, Fishing, Hunting, Golf, and much more

We feel this home is one of the nicest Single Family homes in the area. Built in the 1980's it has lots of Charm and a great feeling of being home. Large Yard to enjoy.
