With 4 large bedrooms equipped with double beds, our house, naturally fresh, has a large living room / dining room / kitchen allowing you to spend pleasant moments with your family for the holidays.
The terrace, with a pergola, will allow you to enjoy the garden, the shade of its lime tree and the garden in the countryside.
You can use the outdoor plancha to organize your lunches and dinners outside. Young (who can swim) and adults can enjoy the swimming pool and the table tennis table.
The configuration of the rooms (upstairs: 2 bedrooms + bathroom, first floor: 2 bedrooms + bathroom), will allow you to organize yourself if you want to come with several couples and thus share the house while having your own spaces.

Located 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, in the immediate vicinity of a forest, you will access all amenities in less than 5 minutes (bus, shopping center, shops, ...).
You will also have very quick access to the vineyards and ocean beaches or the Arcachon basin, and will also be able to admire the sunsets over Bordeaux, Bouliac being nicknamed the "balcony of Bordeaux".
