Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally-located 2 bedroom cottage. Patio with dining table, weber grill, fire pit, outdoor shower. Private driveway. Rain shower, double sinks, soaking tub. Master bedroom with king bed his and hers closet, built in tv. Guest bedroom 2 twins. Cozy living room fireplace WIFI and cable. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer. Toiletries. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Pack and play with mattress, sheets and high chair available. We have a driveway security camera. No other camera on property. This cottage has its own driveway and parking for2 cars. Only the entry of the driveway is shared with the house on front.

Great cottage

Spent a long weekend and the cottage was perfect for our needs- house was brand new, clean, with everything we needed and a location where we could easily bike to everything we wanted. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The Perfect Anniversary

Our trip to Nantucket to celebrate our 30th anniversary was absolutely amazing and our little cottage for the week could not have been more perfect! The entire week was incredible and we cannot wait to return! The island and our entire experience was heaven!!

Excellent Nantucket Property

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage for a week vacation on Nantucket. The house was just as advertised and spotless upon our arrival. The hosts were very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. Great location with several key places walkable nearby and nothing is a long drive on the island. ACK family vacation

My parents and brother stayed here for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time! They really enjoyed the outdoor space and the gas firepit. It's a great space for entertaining. They really appreciated the bag of goodies upon arrival! A definite do-over!! Thank you for sharing your adorable home!

Our stay was great and the cottage was beautiful and clean. The owners were very responsive when contacted. The only thing is I wish it was stated in the listing that the house shares a driveway and is so close to the house in front. But other than that it was what we needed and would definitely recommend.

Amazing Nantucket Cottage

This brand new upscale cottage in the town of Nantucket is absolutely perfect. This adorable cottage is just as shown in the pictures online. I also love that the owner uses products that are safe and less toxic for our environment to keep this cottage immaculate inside. The location is also perfect as it is close to everything. The owners have truly thought about everything that you could possibly want in order to make your vacation rental experience perfect and they are wonderful to work with. Thank you Karina for all your special welcoming touches! You are truly a wonderful host. I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Nantucket Stay 5/28-6/1

My wife, 10 month old daughter and I stayed at this property. The cottage is nice but we ran into an issue the second day with an ant infestation. That contaminated some of our belongings. We contacted the owner and their reply at first was extremely nonchalant saying “this happens.” After some back and forth with VRBO customer service and the owner the only resolution offered was either leave the property with a refund or ant traps being brought to the property. They weren’t 100 percent effective.The property itself was lacking privacy with the kitchen and sliding glass door being completely exposed with no blind or shutters. The location itself wasn’t ideal as there was early morning weekend construction and late night parties in neighboring houses. I wouldn’t suggest staying here with your family.

I have provided cleaners to clean the property again, I have brought you ant traps, and offered pest control to come asap which you refused. Also I offered you a full refund which you refused.. We have pest control that service our property monthly and my apologies again if this issue prevented you from having a good stay. I try to accommodate my guests request and I strive to offer a great stay. I have accommodated your request for 4 hours before check in and hope this made your stay more comfortable. Convenient cottage

Thoughtfully appointed and neat as a pin, this attractive cottage is located in a residential area right off the rotary, making it a great jumping off point for adventures all over the island. It’s definitely possible to walk into town, but a car is helpful at this location.

the perfect little cottage

This cottage is absolute perfection! It was flawlessly renovated and is super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and even some pantry items. Beds were super comfortable. The location is about a mile from town...you could definitely walk if you wanted...and there is a market and a coffee shop about a block away. Would definitely stay here again!

A terrific compact cottage for our visit to Nantucket

Our family was very happy with our rental experience. The newly constructed cottage was thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Not an inch of space was wasted and yet the cottage felt spacious - quite a feat! Hristo and Karina were gracious hosts and their property was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Thank you!
