Escape to the beaches of New Smyrna Beach. Stay in a condo high above the surf, but close enough to feel the salt air and hear the roar of the waves crashing onto the sand. Oceanwalk Oasis is a perfect combination of ocean view, walk on the beach, swim in the ocean, return to the pool, go to the hot tub then repeat. All while leaving most of the sand where it belongs. Experience every amenity you can imagine, while relaxing in and around an ocean front community, with multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, basketball courts, gyms, workout facilities, walking trails, and even a private movie theater. That is Oceanwalk! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located in building one on the 5th floor of a 6 story building, with views of the ocean from the front balcony and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, smart TV's in all the rooms, bluray players in all the rooms. Large comfortable beds and a large living space to hang out with family and friends. Dine in or visit one of hundreds of fine restaurants within a few minutes drive of your temporary home. Do you want to stay in tonight and sit on the front porch with a cup of your favorite beverage and listen to the ocean roar while reading that book you have been meaning to get to for years or take a short drive down the beach to Flagler St and enjoy live music or your favorite DJ and try out those dance lessons from way back when. All is at your fingertips. Gather your family around the dinning room table and pull out one of the many board games available for your entertainment, or pull out a deck of cards and make memories to last a lifetime. Wonderful!

We have stayed here several times and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable out of town. The host is helpful, efficient and kind - a pleasure to work with! Oceanwalk is a quiet community - very nice - with a great location!

This condo was bigger than it appeared. Perfect for the extra house guests I had that needed a place to be for an event weekend. They were able to easily enjoy the beach and surroundings in between our family events. Comfortable sleeping for all... and the mini ping pong table was great fun!

Excellent host and property!

Everything about our stay was just right. Kimberly has gone out of her way to provide everything guests might need. She communicated with us quickly, answered our questions, and went above and beyond what we expected. The condo is beautiful, extremely clean and well kept, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable! Great water pressure in showers! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

Jeff and Kim Peters are current residents of Frisco Texas. Jeff is a commercial general contractor by day and a Christian counselor by night. Kim is a distributor of nutritional products that are changing peoples lives, through the healing power of good nutrition.
Their four children and seven grand children keep them both extremely busy and continually blessed.

We purchased this property because we have spent the last 5 years coming here to visit our son, his wife, and our two grand daughters who live in New Smyrna Beach. We have come to love the peace and laid back lifestyle of this place and wanted to spend more time here. This condo had everything we could hope for. It has all the amenities of a time share, including pools, and sports, but it also has the ocean view and sounds as well as easy access right across the street. It is large enough to house most of our family at one time and we love sharing this experience with other families.

Ocean view and sounds without the blustering wind that typically accompanies an ocean front property. Oceanwalk has it all, 2 swimming pools with hot tubs, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, club houses, weight and workout facilities, and a private movie theater. It also has its own private access to the beach, just a few hundred yards away. Beach is semi private for condos only and no drive on traffic, so it is never crowded. Because of the limited traffic it is an amazing place to collect sea shells and fish.
