Este condominio tiene lo mejor de ambos mundos: puede ver el océano, el patio y la piscina directamente desde la sala de estar y el balcón. Y puede ver puestas de sol desde la ventana de la cocina y la habitación de invitados. Colony Beach Club es una joya rara. Ubicado en el tramo más grande de la propiedad frente a la playa, el complejo tiene solo 2 pisos, tiene hermosos jardines y está muy bien mantenido. La playa para NO CONDUCIR aquí es serena y se siente muy privada, con mucho espacio para estirarse. También puede caminar a tiendas y restaurantes desde el complejo. La unidad es muy linda con una acogedora decoración costera y tiene estacionamiento cubierto. New Smyrna Beach es conocida como la playa donde van los lugareños. ¡Esta pintoresca ciudad tiene muchos restaurantes excelentes, tiendas de surf geniales, excelentes tiendas, un sinfín de actividades al aire libre y tiene un ambiente genial!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Great location—just a short walk or drive to restaurants & shops. Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Beach Condo!We had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated condo. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. The view of the beach was absolutely perfect, and we spent hours just enjoying the scenery from the balcony. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making this place feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Such a Gem!

Beautiful condo with everything you need. The kitchen is beautiful, furnishings and all the little details make this place such a gem. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Property is very well kept and lots of great restaurants close by. We can’t wait to stay again soon.

Great Property and Location!

Property was clean, updated and well kept! Kitchen included lots of pots and pans and utensils to cook full meals. Beach steps away and pool was clean with many pool chairs.

Amazing Sunshine Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We could see the waves from the couch and the patio. This newly renovated condo was so cute and cozy. Our hosts were fabulous. The neighbors were inviting and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Amazing spot and condo

We had a fabulous time at the condo which was perfectly furnished and decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners have done a wonderful job with all the care and detail they have taken with remodel to the condo and location was great. We appreciated being allowed to rent their exceptional beach condo.

Great location, great unit and owners

First class renovation in a very well maintained beachfront location. Walking on lovely beach, relaxing at uncrowded pool, reading on large comfortable balcony. Good restaurants close by. Owners have thought of everything we might need and more. Our second stay in this unit and we look forward to another.

Wonderful oceanfront condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was gorgeous, clean and had all the amenities that we wanted and then some. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had and promptly addressed our needs. We would have already returned if the condo had been available. The unit is an end unit that is very quiet and has a lovely view of the ocean. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Condo with Great Views!

We stayed at this condo for the week of July 4th. This was our 7-8 year coming to the Colony and this was by far our best year. This condo is stunning, you can see all the work and detail the owners have put into it. The beds are so comfy which is a huge plus when staying away from home! The kitchen is extremely spacious and the owners provide all linens, towels and necessities. I spoke with Michael a few times leading up our vacation and he responded quickly and was extremely helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We hope to stay here again soon :)

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Nice swimming pool.

Nice view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony and the living room. The house was very clean and very well equipped. It looked really nice and was very comfortable. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and the beach towels. The kids loved the swimming pool. The ocean is just two steps away. No cars are allowed on this stretch of beach. The manager, Sue is always available and super helpful. There is a laundy room just outside the unit. Parking was no problem since every unit has its own covered space. Sufficient shopping nearby.

Perfect Beach Condo

This was one of our favorite beach stays. This condo had absolutely everything we could need for a week at the beach and was truly just a gorgeous and comfortable home away from home for our family of 4. One thing that is hard to tell from the pictures is the amount of storage packed into this 2/2 unit. The kitchen is perfectly laid out with tons of food storage space. Each of the bedrooms have large closets and there is even a large hall closet with more beach towels and bathroom towels than you could hope for. It is clear the owners put a ton of thought and time into renovating this unit and it is just perfection. Even the large storage closet on the balcony was filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. The owners were extremely generous in what they provide in the unit (many things that you don’t normally find at a rental condo) and we were so grateful. We loved waking up every morning to see the ocean. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location for sun and fun

We stayed here the first two weeks in February. Although the air is cool at that time of year, the sunshine is just the right medicine to make you feel better and a good escape from the cold upstate New York winter. The condo is easily located off S. Atlantic Avenue and not far from all services. Groceries, drug store, restaurants, and of course Walmart just down Rt. 44. There is a convenient parking space provided directly in the front which was very convenient to load and unload our bags. A word of caution for the physically disabled, there are several stairs leading to the apartment with no elevator but its really not a challenge if your ambulatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with items to prepare your own meals which we did many times during our stay. It’s a little on the old side and could use an update but it’s clean and very functional. The owner has provided plenty of towels for bath, pool, beach, and other bed linen. The complex has a nice laundry room outside the apartment just a few steps away at minimal cost with plenty of machine so no waiting. The two bedrooms are nicely decorated and the master bed comfortable. You can see the sun rise from the master bedroom and living space and amazing sunsets from the spare room and kitchen. The entire apartment is carpeted which makes it extremely quiet and cozy. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. You will find the location is very relaxing and best of all it has a nice view of the ocean with direct access to the beach. Overall I would recommend staying at this condo as we enjoyed being here and would not hesitate to book again.

We love the beach. My husband grew up surfing NSB almost every weekend and our youngest daughter is hooked. For many years, we rented almost every summer in NSB and quite often would just grab our girls on a Saturday and hit NSB just for the day. It was a lifelong dream to own a beach property and we feel so happy we have our own little slice of paradise so close to our home in Winter Park. We just did a major remodel to the condo and it turned out truly beautiful.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Colony Beach Club boasts having the widest stretch of beachfront property in New Smyrna Beach. Unlike a lot of the high rise condos along the ocean, this complex is only 2 stories so it feels more cozy and quiet than most units in NSB, and no elevators to contend with. Each set up stairs leads directly to the upstairs units. Also, being only 2 stories, you get more sun time on the beach as well as the pool, since the buildings do not block the sun as it's setting in the west. We love this about our complex. There are 2 pools on property. The on-site laundry room, which is steps away, has been upgraded to a card that you can purchase in the laundry facility and add money to it. just scan the card on the washer and dryer instead of the endless search for quarters. This facility also has a good collection of books, games, puzzles and shuffleboard equipment that you can borrow at any time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This complex is in a very convenient location on the non-driving side of NSB. The closest NSB public accesses are a little farther to the north and south, so this particular stretch of beach is not nearly as crowded as our adjacent neighboring complexes. The pool on our side of the complex is heated so it remains comfortable temperature all year. Our particular unit is in a great location because guest parking/2nd vehicle parking is right near the unit's covered spot which is directly at the bottom of our stairs. Also it is a much shorter walk to take out the trash than other units on the property. We love this convenience. The way our unit is positioned, there are no units adjacent to us on the north. Also our kitchen window by the sink, and guest bedroom windows face west and we have seen some spectacular sunsets and colors from this vantage point.
