You can reach Villa Simone in different ways.
Train: the house is only 200 meters from the Fidene station, direct train line Fiumicino Airport and Tiburtina train station with Metro connection.
Car: 1 km away is the ring road (highway GRA), which provides easy access to the city and its surroundings. The connection to the A1 Milan - Florence - Naples is around 1.5 km.

TRIPS
The center of Rome can be reached in 20 minutes by car (car park of Villa Borghese) or in 10 minutes by train (station Tiburtina).
From Tiburtina railway station you can use the subway available to comfortably move within the city of Rome. In addition, the cities of Florence can be reached in 1:20 'and Napoli in 1:30' from Tiburtina station.

The surrounding area of ​​Rome is well worth seeing: Visit the place Castel Gandolfo (Pope's summer residence) and be pleasantly surprised by the enchanting backdrop of Lake Albano in the Castelli Romani enchanted (35 km). Also the town of Frascati (34 km) and Tivoli (37 km) with the Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este are well worth seeing. Recommended are trips to Ostia Antica (45 km), the ancient Roman port city, followed by swimming fun on the 20 km long sandy beaches in Lido di Ostia. The beaches of Rome are 3/4 hours drive away.

The city center is indeed very compact, and the entire attractions are wonderful to combine walking with each other. Only the Vatican is a bit outside, which is to be reached by metro, however, and can be combined very well with the Castel Sant'Angelo.
