余分な快適なベッドとマットレス。
アパートメントには、大きくて快適なダブルベッドルーム2室（トリプル1室とダブルルーム1室）、バスルーム2室、リビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチンとバルコニーがあります。 エレベーター付きのエレガントな建物の6階にあります。

ローマ中心部のGia Giaにあり、Lateranoの有名なサン・ジョヴァンニ大聖堂、コロッセオ、カラカラ浴場、FAOの中央事務所、サーキュス・マキシムス、真実の口、古代キリスト教のカタコンベの近くにあります。 Appia Antica経由で。

Quiet neighborhood which was a 20 minute walk Coliseum which was nice Rosanna checked in frequently to ensure our stay was going well. Apartment was very big and felt homey and clean.Rosanna left some little gifts upon our arrival which was a nice gesture .Was on 6th floor and only 2 in elevator at a time which was only negative I would share.

Tolles Appartement!!! Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang, inkl. kleiner Geschenke. Rosanna war ummer für uns da.Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Stadtteil gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Wir empfehlen den Penny-Markt.Super Ausstattung: Klimaanlagen, Balkone, Fahrstuhl und Spülmaschine-es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Our Rome trip 2025

Rossana our host was absolutely delightful. At check in she shared with us the history of her family in the apartment which was her childhood home. Its perfect for a family of 4 and very comfortable. Close to all the main sites by bus or Uber and the neighborhood had many restaurants and shops. We will always remember our time in Rome.

I was very pleased with this rental. Rosanna is professional and attentive. She provided us wine, pasta and sauce, as well as milk, juice, toast, cookies and jam at check-in, so we wouldn't have to run out to get groceries. Her apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with just about everything we needed, from shampoo and laundry detergent to cards and adapters. The AC and cool stone slab floors were such a relief from the oppressive heat when we were there. The beds are comfortable and rooms are large. She has smart TVs so you can watch Netflix if you'd like, or better yet, sit out on the balcony and watch the birds swoop by. My favorite part were the family photos and mementos, it reminded me of my own grandmother's apartment. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is a small elevator, but it's a tight squeeze so if you're claustrophobic be prepared to climb. It's in a quiet neighborhood with 2 grocery stores around the corner, a farmers' market, and several restaurants. The colosseum is about a 18 minute walk and the metro is a 15 minute walk. Although my kids didn't love walking in the heat, I personally enjoyed being away from the crush of tourists. You can also take busses. We bought a 2 day pass at the coffee shop in the metro station. All in all, I highly recommend. I'd definitely stay here again.

Family Rome Trip in June

The most welcoming aspect of Rome

Rossana’s family apartment was charming, clean, pretty, very comfortable and the best part of our busy days in Rome. Rosanna was an incredible host, greeting us personally, giving us family history, showing us all the aspects of the stay, including presentation of pasta, wine, juice and coffee for our stay. She made us feel well cared for and welcome. The rest of the city residents maybe not so much….at any rate, it is worth it to climb the six flights of stairs to her beautiful apartment! There is an elevator for bags and the days when you have already done 20,000 steps! Thank you Rossana!

We were met by Rossana, who was very friendly, helpful and had kindly provided a welcome pack so we didn't need to go to the shops. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay. It was very hot in Rome during our stay and it was great to put on the air conditioning when we returned, it is very efficient and cooled us quickly.I highly recommend this property.

Rome Apartment

The apartment was very elegant! Rosanna our host had thought of all our needs. We loved the location and all the information given to us when we checked in, from close by restaurants and grocery stores.Coming home after many long tours to this clean spacious apartments was awesome. We also loved the out door balcony. I would recommend this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with many family momentos, to everyone! Thank you Rosanna for your hospitality!

The perfect Rome get away!

I highly recommend this apt for your long or short trip to Rome. The host was ONE OF THE BEST HOSTS I've had the pleasure of working with. Her communication was top notch, she had snacks, beverages and gave us a lovely tour of her home. Location was great, with plenty nearby, and the city just a short walk away. It was a GATED property so we felt very safe AND there was an ELEVATOR which always comes in handy when traveling. The double bathrooms, and balconies were such a lovely added element and the unit itself is quite large!I cannot recommend this apt and this host enough. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation Thank you so much!!

Nice place

Rossana was very responsive to our requests. We asked where to purchase some coffee filters and she immediately brought them to us. However, the residence is listed as having a/c but in Rome it cannot be used until June 1. This info would have been helpful prior to booking. The main bathroom, the shower sends water all over the floor and the tiles are extremely slick. My husband fell. The WiFi has a very limited range and there was no WiFi in the back bedroom.

Perfect

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be, great location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. About a mile from the colloseum and more “tourist” areas. We enjoyed the veranda and size of the home. We stayed with our 2 older teens and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us. Lovely welcome gift! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Apartment*****

This is a lovely place to stay for a family or group, close to the colosseum. The location is perfect to see Rome and the Rossana is a lovely person, who can be relied upon, if there should be any problem. The kitchen is wel equipped (tea, coffee, milk, juice, cooking essentials). Small balcony for aperitivo. we relly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Very spacious, clean and equipped with the the necessities one would need. Rossana was a wonderful host - meeting us on arrival, giving a tour and information on the apartment and also giving suggestions on the surrounding area - restaurants, train and bus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend base

Lovely spacious property for 4 of us, 2 couples. Greeted by a Rosanna at the door and shown around the apartment. She'd even arranged our airport transfers and kept in touch through our stay. Rosanna shared her family history which was special and was really helpful with local info. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The area felt safe and there are good shops for supplies. A brief 15min walk to the Colleseum and sites. Great location.

Great location. Property as advertised.

Spacious & welcoming, we stayed for 5 nights. We were greeted at the property with a complimentary bottle of wine and left to enjoy the place and explore Rome. Highly recommend. We walked everywhere from this location.

Family apartment in a beautiful area

We very much enjoyed our stay and lived the area. There were fantastic restaurants and grocery stores very close. The apartment was very clean and Rosanna was very kind and helpful. All the family pictures were a nice touch. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

Great stay in less quiet area.

Our host checked us in personally and gave us a history of the apartment. Pride of ownership is very evident. She left snacks and drinks as well (including wine!). The place was spotless and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The area was nice and quiet. Our last night we took an evening stroll to the colosseum and were surprised how close it was. Metro stations not far either.

la casa vacamza si chiama Le Note di Famiglia perchè conserva i ricordi della famiglia e li racconta. Dai dischi a 78 giri alle pareti ascoltati da mio papà e ballati insieme a mia mamma, alle tessere di iscrizione all'Associazione combattenti e reduci di mio papà perchè voleva continuare ad incontrarsi con chi aveva combattuto anche dopo finita la seconda guerra mondiale e cercare chi non è tornato come il fratello di mia nonna, l'ultimo di 5 figli, l'unico maschio e "caduto" sul Don, alle foto in bianco e nero al mare felici. Insomma, questa è la casa di famiglia ereditata dai miei genitori.
