The beach was not accurately represented in the photos. Amenities in the kitchen need cleaning and maintenance. The inside of the house was mostly clean upon arrival except for the kitchen which had dead bugs in the cabinets and containers of old cooking oil - like a pot and a bowl of used oil just sitting inside the cabinets. The outside of the house / the windows were filthy. When you used the restroom - you could see the dirt and bugs in the louvers.

Incredible villa on amazing beach!

Our family of 8 stayed in Casa Santa Pilar and were extremely satisfied with the beautiful home, pool, grounds and beach. It was a comfortable, private vacation house with many amenities. The staff that cleans the house and grounds are terrific. I recommend the cook service - Arturo was fabulous. Manager Jose was very helpful and attentive to all requests. Owner Camille is very helpful and responsive. If you are considering a stay here - DO IT!!!

Amazing Bachelorette Trip

The house was even better than the pictures showed. We had plenty of space and amazing service provided by the host and her property manager. They provided recommendations for activities and a chef that came to cook at the house. Would absolutely stay again! Only drawback was that we had to take cabs to get in town for restaurants. It wasn't a big deal though since cabs were always around and easily available for a group of 9 of us. 10/10 would recommend.

great property!

This is a beautiful villa on a nice beach. the staff are attentive and professional. we also used the cook service 3 nights which was amazing. Camille also helped us arrange an amazing boat/snorkel trip. the cleaning crew was terrific and came every day. Note that there is seaweed on the north beach- nothing the property owners can fix. and because it’s Mexico, there is some plastic on the beach. That was literally the only downside to this property. otherwise quiet, lovely, clean, well staffed and just out of town - easy jeep/scooter ride.

Beautiful property

This was our second time staying at the property. And we will definitely be back! The home is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We had no issues whatsoever. Can't wait to come back.

Literally Perfect

I stayed here with 9 of my friends and family for my bachelorette weekend I had the most wonderful experience! Camille (and Jose) were SO responsive to all our needs. Camilla booked a private dinner and boat excursion for us that we’re wonderful and based on our requests, not an attempt to upsell. The house is stunning, really great AC, clean, lovely pool and right on the beach. Any need (refill a water bottle, questions, etc.) was immediately taken care of and daily cleaning service left the house immaculate. Finally the area felt really safe and there is even a little taxi stand directly out front so we could always count in an immediate pick-up (even for 10). It’s always stressful when traveling with a big group for a big occasion and when I booked there weren’t a ton of reviews but wow, my stress was instantly relieved the second we walked in and we felt so taken care of. Thank you Camille, Jose & all the staff for literally a perfect stay.
