Our family of six enjoyed a fabulous stay at the RosMar Villa. Mariano was an exceptional host, and was in contact in the weeks leading up to our arrival to make arrangements like booking tours, car rentals and massages for us. We had Chef Francisco and staff come to the house to cook almost daily and it was fabulous. The house was large, well-appointed and everyone especially loved playing billiards. It was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable.

Amazing

Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. Francisco and staff provided incredible meals for us, including breakfasts and dinners. We left this place feeling a bit like royalty and would not hesitate visiting again.

Amazing Stay in Cozumel

Our family and friends joined us for my husband's 40th birthday celebration in Cozumel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house was amazing! We traveled with 9 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything from the pool, to the beach access, to food and service...the entire stay was perfection! Mariano checked on us daily and was extremely attentive and responsive. Chef Francisco, Elsi and team made sure every meal was better than the last. Extra shout out to Elsi!!! If you see this review...my entire family wants you to know that you helped us have the most memorable time! Finally Jesus and Lupita were there daily to clean the house and who were also always pleasant and warm. We very much felt at home and plan to return again!

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time with our extended family (10 adults and 1 child. The house was fantastic, and Mariano was incredibly responsive to anything and everything asked. Get Francisco to cook some meals for you. The meals were amazing! Would recommend this house to anyone!

Nice dive vacation

Mariano (property mgr) was fabulous in meeting all our requirements. As well his support staff, especially Lupita, was outstanding. If there was an issue anywhere (pool bathroom) she was there to fix it. Mariano was very helpful in providing information regarding 'staff cooked meals' and massage therapists. The house was large with five outstanding bedrooms, some with double queens. All and all I would recommend this home to anyone from five to fifteen guests.

Beach house

Great place. As advertised. We were careful with gas for hot tub, bill was 145, but we used the hot tub most nights for our kids. Rooms were great, kitchen nice, pool fantastic, right on the beach, also great. Really nice place. There were 14 of us, 8 adults, 6 kids and space was totally fine. Kids ages 3-12

Our stay was fantastic! The house was stunning, and both the pool and beach were perfect. We enjoyed Chef Fernando’s delicious breakfasts and dinners every day—each meal was exceptional. Elsie was a wonderful host and an expert at making margaritas. Mariano was incredibly attentive and helped us with all our excursions. We highly recommend this place and hope to return again in the future!

Friend/Family Gathering

We had a fantastic stay at this property... The beach and pool as well as multiple areas to hang out in were exactly what we needed. Mariano the property manager was very helpful prior to the stay and available during as well though we didn't really need much assistance. Definitely take his recommendations for the chefs, they made the stay even better! We loved every moment there and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Villa Rosmar

This house is absolutely stunning and so comfortable. There was plenty of room for eight of us without feeling crowded. I love the fact that it was in a private Gated neighborhood. Mariano was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The chef, Francisco did a beautiful job serving a taco dinner and two breakfasts for our group. I will definitely look forward to coming back!

Truly exceptional

This could not have turned out better! The house is a spacious modern gem on a quiet sandy beach in a nice secure neighborhood close to town and the airport. Host Mariano was helpful and communicative. Housekeeper Lupita and chef Francisco took great care of our group of 10 extended family. We had am amazing time and would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyable

Villa RosMar was a great fit for our family of 11, ages 4-77. Mariano, the property manager, was excellent and available for whatever we needed. Lupita, the housekeeper, was lovely, as well as Jesus who took care of the pool area. The location was perfect, we rented cars so it was easy for us to get to town. We booked Francisco, the chef, and his team for some meals at the house that we really enjoyed. We also booked Morgan, the boat offered with the property. The crew was fantastic!!! I recommend this addition to everyone who books Villa RosMar.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property was incredible for our multi-family vacation. Our group included 7 adults and 5 children ages 1 to 7. The decor of the house is stunning! Lupita the housekeeper did an amazing job keeping the house spotless every morning! We felt like she became part of the family. The gentleman who took care of the pool and the pool deck also did a beautiful job. This was especially so because we had some very windy days that produced a lot of sand and leaves on the pool deck and in the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was a huge hit with everyone in our group! It has a shallow ledge for the littles, and then ranges between 4 and 5 ft that gave the older children some fun swimming. We did choose to pay for the propane to heat the hot tub for several hours each day. Make sure to only run the heater when you actually are planning to use it or it will get very expensive. What we had to pay was well worth it to me for the hours we used it. We had two children under the age of two for which they provided two very comfortable pack and plays, two high chairs and a gate at the base of the steps! There was always ample pool/beach towels and the indoor linens were very good quality. Mariano, the property manager, is very helpful and responsive. Chef Francisco did an amazing job for the five breakfast and two dinners that we had him and Elsie and the rest of his crew prepare and serve for us. We loved everything they made for us! Thank you Mariano for booking 3 great massage therapists!

Fantastic Mexican stay with friends in awesome house

Mariano is a great host always communicating and nothing was too much trouble. Mariano organised taxis massages and our chef and was in constant communication with us whenever we needed anything. We had a problem with the air-conditioner in one room and Mariano got technicians to come out to resolve the issue, always communicating and keeping us up-to-date, the house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The location is just a $10 cab ride to town with our own private beach and beautiful pool and spa. The chef that was provided also used great communications. We even made some changes throughout the trip and the breakfasts and dinners were all very tasty and everyone was happy with our meals throughout our stay. We could not have found a better house for the price with lots to do and many long nights around the pool table. Thank you Mariano for all of your attention and Services to ensure our stay went perfectly.

Amazing Beachfront property

Mariano and team do an amazing job of making sure everything is taken care of. The beach is basically private ( you get the occasional walkers), you can go out 50 to 60 feet and it is still only 4-5 ft deep. We had Francisco cook for us one evening (Fetachini Alfredo) and it was absolutely amazing! They took care of everything. If you stay here, you will need to rent a car as the city center is 3-4 miles away, but not a big deal. Everyone from the 6 year old, to my 78 year old Dad loved the vacation!

One of a Kind Experience

Truly spectacular, stunning property. The house is absolutely beautiful. Our host, Mariano, was very attentive and offered his assistance to arrange rental cars, private chef at the house, excursions, etc. The housekeeper and pool/grounds keeper are wonderful. You have the beach to yourself. So private! We have traveled a lot with our family, and this rates as one of the most memorable properties.

Awesome!

We had the best time over 5 days at this villa. It was clean, well maintained and gorgeous. There were 14 of us. 3 couples and 8 kids, so the layout of the bedrooms was perfect. We utilised chef Francisco and his team every breakfast and dinner and they were phenomenal. Honestly, we’ve never eaten better. We also did a day at paradise beach and took a boat snorkeling tour. Mariano arranged everything and was an Amazing host. Overall, we were highly impressed and we stay at lots of vacation homes.

Family gathering of a lifetime!

Four generations gathered to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Joseph had always dreamed of bringing the family together at the beach, and we finally did it. Villa Rosmar could not have been more perfect. Although there were some issues with plumbing, Mariano, our manager, took care of them immediately. Within 24 hours we had a new water heater. The daily staff of Lupita and Jesus cleaned both inside and out side. Lupita, especially made the house shine. The villa itself is extraordinary, with wonderful art on the walls, an entry sculpture, and marble floors. Each room has its own character and either opened onto a balcony overlooking the ocean, the upper sundeck or a tropical garden. The sharks in the family really enjoyed the pool table, and it was hard to get the grandkids out of the swimming pool. There were ample chairs for sunning and giant blowup toys for the kids in the pool area. A shady nook with comfortable furniture provided the perfect setting for us to gather for morning coffee. Mariano went out of his way to take good care of us, even retrieving a favorites stuffed animal, that one of our granddaughters left behind. The crew of three that cooked for us on four nights, provided terrific service, cocktails and delicious food. They even made special arrangements for one of our grandsons, who has a food allergy. All in all the beauty and the extraordinary service that we experienced made this a family vacation to remember. Mil gracias a todos!

Such an awesome experience

What an extraordinary adventure! Indulge in the delightful culinary creations of Fransisco, who will prepare a scrumptious breakfast and dinner for you each morning, ensuring that every moment of our stay was filled with pure bliss. I also highly recommend chartering the magnificent vessel known as the Morgan, as it was an unparalleled experience. Mariano treated us to a mesmerizing marcharías performance one evening, followed by a breathtaking fire show on the beach after a delectable dinner on another night. We were truly treated like royalty, and without a doubt, we will be returning for another unforgettable journey.

Fantastic Getaway with some Friends

House was perfect for the 8 of us. We hired the recommended private chef and bartender(ask for Elsi great service) and they were fantastic. Unfortunately they were booked for another event on the weekend and kindly referred us over to Chef Andrew who also did a great job. The property manager Mariano was easy to contact and very helpful during our stay.

Cozumel Oasis

We stayed at Mariano's house for a bachelorette party with 13 guests. The house was absolutely beautiful and looked better in person than the pictures. Mariano was a wonderful communicator and responded kindly to my multiple requests prior to arrival. He helped us set up transportation, house decorations, chef and bartender, boat trip, and coffee tasting. Mariano arranged our transportation to and from the house and around the island! He recommended private chef Francisco and bartender Elsi who were phenomenal. They prepared multiple meals for us that were delicious! Mariano has everything you need in the house for a wonderful stay. The pool was relaxing and the house is directly on the beach. The house is in a quiet gated community but walking distance to the more populated beach clubs. The location, house and everything about the place was simply fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better trip. I would definitely recommend Mariano's place and would come back again!

Amazing Secluded Beachfront House

The house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable for our group of 10. Sandy beach, with no seaweed (in August)! Mariano was a fantastic host. Also, highly recommend the chef.
