In Cancale, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming fisherman's cottage for rent, fully renovated on 3 levels with a staircase of a few steps. Just 150 metres from the harbour beach, this 130 m² house can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and three shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1&2: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room with double washbasin, wc

Second floor
- Bedroom 3&4: two single beds (90x200)
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Cancale, 2.2 km from Château de Vaulérault and 3.8 km from La Pointe du Grouin, in very pleasant surroundings. Just 500 m uphill are all the shops, boutiques, fish restaurants and crêperies on the port, bars, market, etc.

- Visit the village centre of Cancale
- Relaxation and water sports: surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, diving...
- Oyster tasting at the market or by the sea
- Hike along the customs path or to the Pointe du Grouin
- Take a trip out to sea aboard the Cancalaise or watch the dolphins!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the house to drop off your luggage and park in the pay parking lot on the port.
