Excellent stay in stunning Dinard

This was a perfect place to stay for our family holiday. The fabulous house was well set up with everything we needed. A pantry with all the basic provisions plus some! We really appreciated the welcoming bottle of chilled prosecco after a long day of travelling.François was attentive and a wonderful host. He attended to our every need immediately with payience and kindness.I highly recommend this property for your next holiday.

Lovely house in a grea location

Very nice house house, confortable and nicely decorated, the location is very central but in a quiet area. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants. The main beach is only a few minutes away. Just note that if you are a group of 10 people it might be a bit small and the access to the second bathroom is limited (as it is an ensuite bathroom). Also the two double bedroom upstairs might get pretty hot in summer has they are located in the attic (it was ok for us as we had only one day of hot weather). Otherwise everything is fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The host Francois is very responsive and accomodating.

Perfect

It is rare to find such a well designed and well equiped property in such a calm but convenient town centre location. Close to all amenities and several beaches but with its own shady garden. The proprietor Francois was easily accessible and quick to react to any questions posed. And a nice guy to boot. You cant go wrong with this gite.

Une très belle maison idéalement située à Dinard

Nous avons passé un week end prolongé en famille , avec un chien : tout le monde a adoré cette très belle propriété. Grande pièce de vie très lumineuse au 1er étage, chambres bien distribuées, lits confortables et un jardin clos très agréable : tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour de bonnes vacances. La possibilité de tout faire à pied depuis la maison est un véritable atout. Communication très aisée avec François : merci !

Maison chaleureuse et agréable

Nous étions 7 adultes. La maison et le jardin nous ont séduit. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Elle est de plus idéalement située : les plages et les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Un bus est direct de la gare. Notre hôte était très sympa. Nous avons toutes et tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Spacieuse, jolie et bien équipée, cette maison permet de séjourner à 10 tres confortablement. Proche de la mer et des commerces pas besoin de voitures pour se deplacer. Le propriétaire est disponible et attentif à notre bien-être.

Bel emplacement mais bien pas entretenu

Si vous êtes allergique aux moisissures et si la crasse vous répugne, fuyez cette maison. Une personne sur deux est revenue malade. C’est dommage de ne pouvoir joindre des photos tellement cette maison manque d’entretien. L’annonce est assez limite: en guise de wifi, vous avez un ADSL obsolète avec débit inexistant. Les salles de bain ont soit disant une Vmc, mais restent humides tout le temps et du coup toute la maison sent l’humidité… la chambre du rdc est carrément dangereuse d’accès car la porte est abaissée, sans aucune indication… ça fait mal, très très mal. Les oreillers et couettes sont en plume… pas top pour les allergies, et manifestement ça amuse l’arrogant propriétaire… et comme la plume ça complique l’entretien, et bien il s’en passe. Les couettes sont toutes tachées, c’est immonde. C’est vraiment dommage car l’électroménager est de bonne marque, mais sans entretien, cette maison va vite devenir insalubre, elle est déjà couverte de moisissures (sdb, placards, plinthes...) Nous avons eu comme réponse: « si vous n’êtes pas contents, vous pouvez partir, les gens s’arrachent ma maison »… A ce tarif là en période creuse, on pourrait s’attendre à une maison propre et saine, et bien non. Nous louons tous les ans à Dinard depuis 10 ans, c’est une de nos plus mauvaises expériences.

Très chouette maison

maison loué pour un groupe de 10 personnes, tout à fait comme il faut pour etre tous ensemble dans l'espace de vie et à la fois des espaces de couchages et salle de bain plus retirer , très important pour quand même avoir son intimité.La déco est très sympa , la table est grande pour etre à l'aise. Jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu complètement clos, et François est un hôte parfait en tout point!! merci

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved the house. Doors open wide on every floor to allow breezes to cool the house and let light in. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was impressive and could easily accommodate a large family. However, this is not why we booked it. The selling point for me was the fact it claimed to have a fully stocked kitchen and it was from spices and other base essentials to pots and pans and various kitchen gadgets. It offered all the amenities we sought. In addition, the beds were very comfortable and the location was close enough to get to the beach and the market on foot if one desired. In fact there is nothing with which I can find fault. I can thoroughly recommend both the property and Francois as one’s host.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison qui a toutes les qualités : idéalement placée, très bien équipée, très confortable (très bonne litterie), décorée avec goût. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. En plus François est un hôte très agréable et conciliant. Je ne devrais pas donner de bonne note et garder cette adresse secrète...

Belle maison bien placé.

Belle maison proche à plusieurs plages. Jardin bien équipée pour passer la journée dans le jardin avec les enfants. Propriétaire est toujours rejoignable.
