Gîte De L'arbépin - Outriaz

Located 8 km from the A40 motorway, 15 minutes from Nantua (glacial lake), 15 minutes from the Hauteville ski slopes, and 20 minutes from the Plateau de Retord, this gîte is housed in a typical Bugey house, fully renovated, in the heart of the peaceful village of Outriaz. This 127 m² two-story accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to three large bedrooms with modular beds. The independent entrance opens onto a hall with a large ski locker and an internal staircase leading to a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and household utensils. The gîte entrance opens onto a hallway leading to a living room, a dining room, and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove, as well as a semi-open-plan equipped kitchen. Access to the terrace (16 m²) is directly from the living room or the kitchen. A separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a double sink complete this floor. The second floor consists of a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a built-in toilet, as well as three bedrooms and a small dressing room off the hallway. The first, large bedroom, decorated in raspberry tones, is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). The second bedroom, with its taupe accents, has three single beds (90x200) with the option of making a king-size bed (180x200) with a double duvet and sheet. The third bedroom, with gray walls, is furnished with two single beds (90x200) with the option of joining them. Central heating and a wood-burning stove are available for your convenience. The plus of this Gîte: the beds are made upon your arrival, towels are provided, utilities are included, high-speed fiber internet, access to an application with hiking trails (of the village and others) as well as a small children's corner with TV (DVD and USB).
