This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation is located a few mins drive to three sandy Kirkland beaches, Woodinville Wine Country for an afternoon of sipping vino, or Bridle Trails State Park just a mile away to experience the breathtaking scenery of the Pacific Northwest.

Notes: This split level has a full capacity of 6 bedrooms (4 upstairs, 2 downstairs) and a total of 8 beds. This listing is for the 4 bedroom upstairs only. We have a separate listing for the entire house. We will only rent to one guest group at a time, so you will always have your own space. If you need to book the full house, please search for the other listing in our profile.

Great home base

We visited family in the area for Thanksgiving. Our original rental was cancelled at the last minute due to storm damage so we were thrilled to find this hoise! Alex was an amazing host - super quick responses to all my questions. The property is very clean, well set-up especially for big groups but it worked just fine for our family of 5. It’s located for easy access to the freeway but a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Thanks, Alex, for a great stay!

Our guests' compliments and recommendations to friends and family would be the badge of honor that we tirelessly strike for and earn. Our place resides in proximity with numerous amenities, including hiking trails, beaches, blueberry farms, beautiful gardens, tennis, basketball and golf courts, soccer fields, gyms, swimming pools, shopping malls and restaurants. Our house's open floor plan with 60" smart TV, board games and home cinema encourage family and closed friends' gatherings.

My husband and I have an amazing stay. The house is closed to numerous wineries, hiking trails, golf courts, tennis courts, blueberry farms, and botanical gardens. Our family loves the opened living room with oversized comfy sofas and a giant high-definition smart Sony TV. We enjoy watching movies on the large projector screen in the cinema room. The kitchen is spacious, and equipped with comprehensive cooking utensils for any kind of meals. Contactless check-in is super easy via a smartphone app. The house is spotlessly cleaned. We would definitely come back for another vacation!

Quiet, conveniently located

Alex was a excellent host. The home was comfortable and clean. Property was as advertised and worked great for our week in Seattle. Everything we needed was in the home waiting for us. Ample parking and located on a quiet street. Only a short commute to downtown.
