Happy Pinebrook Condo


This Pinebrook location is at the Jeremy Ranch off ramp just before Kimball Junction.
Easy access for all of your outdoor adventures Biking, and hiking trails are adjacent to the complex that lead to over 400 miles of trails. Pinebrook is right next door to Windward, Park City Recreation Center, you can literally walk or run if your short on time. Windward has snowboarding, and mountain biking, as well as a indoors training center.
During winter Pinebrook has skiers and snowboarders close to the shuttle service that connect you to Park City, Canyons Ski Resort, and Deer Valley.
Cross County skiing is less than a mile away at Jeremy Ranch Golf Club, where you can rent all your equipment as well.
This location is easy access to freeways and you can find yourself enjoying other ski resorts such as Snowbird, Alta and Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and more.
Walk to Quarry Village and dine at Billy Blanco’s for a fun lunch or dinner. Here you can also find a less crowded "Fresh Market" store to meet all your grocery needs. Park City Outlets are only 2 miles away for some great bargain shopping. Downtown Park City is 8 miles from this property, Canyons ski Resort is only 5miles away.
No pool in this complex, hope to have you back!

Clean, functional, easy communication

We chose this spot because of proximity to family. It worked great for two adults and two small children. It was about 25 minute drive to deer valley for skiing and parking was easy. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and everything worked well. Communication was straightforward. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We are a family that enjoys skiing each year. Our annual family vacation was not summer, but the winters with a holiday ski trip to various places within the US. Utah was one of our favorite places to ski. With 5 children all grown up, we can now welcome visitors to our happy place, and hope you can create some happy memories too.
