Enjoy relaxing holidays in our cozy 90 square meter attic apartment in the south of Oberstdorf. Up to 7 people have plenty of space in it: the one bedroom has a double bed and uses the bathroom with shower / bathtub. The other bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for children and direct access to the second bathroom with shower. Two bathrooms are particularly ideal for skiing families: when everyone comes off the slopes, nobody has to wait long for the warm shower!

In summer, our guests ride for free with all mountain railways in Oberstdorf and in the Kleinwalsertal: "Mountain railways included" is the name of the program with which you can experience our impressive Allgäu mountain world comfortably and inexpensively!

The eagle's nest is very comfortable and wonderfully quiet. From the large living room and from the balcony you have a very nice view of the Nebelhorn and its surrounding mountains. The kitchen is a fully fitted kitchen and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, mixer, oven, ceramic hob, enough pots, pans, kitchen utensils and cutlery. The dining area integrated in the large room offers enough space for fun game evenings or an extensive dinner. The large corner couch invites you to read, laze and put your feet up.

The location on the outskirts offers you heavenly peace, but you can reach the center with all shops and restaurants in just a few minutes. The location on the southern outskirts of Oberstdorf is ideal for hikers and winter sports enthusiasts: the cross-country ski run and the hiking network start a few steps from the house and the free ski bus to the ski areas of Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal is only a few steps away. Parking spaces are directly at the house. Your ski equipment is safely stored in your own lockable ski cellar.

The apartment has: satellite flat screen TV, free WiFi, radio, CD-DVD player, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Your beds are covered with fresh bed linen, cozy bath towels are provided in the bathrooms and table linen and kitchen towels are also provided. The practical things like dish soap, kitchen roll, hand soap and toilet paper are there for you and relieve your luggage.

We attach great importance to our little guests and are happy to provide you with appropriate toddler and baby equipment (baby monitor, bottle warmer, cutlery, plates, high seat, travel cot, etc.). Likewise, a high-quality child carrier (Deuter Kid Comfort II) and a sprung and air-filled stroller (Quinny Freestyle).

Our guests all receive the Allgäu Walser Card with many price advantages at tourist facilities in the Allgäu. For the guests of Oberstdorf there is a free local bus as a bonus. You can purchase other offers such as the Viel-Card or the public transport ticket for the region from us and we can also put this on your Allgäu Walser card. This has the decisive advantage that you never have to queue at the cash register anywhere. This applies especially to the ski pass! You can buy it when you book and then go directly to the lift in the ski area: straight to the slopes!
