Apartment located on the first floor of a building including the owner's accommodation on the ground floor and a second accommodation on the 1st floor. Entrance, kitchen, lounge - living room (160x200 cm sofa bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 cm double bed). Swimming pool open from June to September from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free parking in a closed courtyard. Sheets + bathroom linen included. Closed bicycle storage room in the owners' garage. Bright apartments with large volumes and high ceilings. Large parks of several hectares landscaped bordering the vineyards of the estate. Swimming pool and terraces with a dining area with garden furniture and barbecue. Clear view of the summit of Granier and the Apremont vineyards. Comfortable cottage in the heart of the Savoie vineyards, within the Domaine des Granges Longes. Large park of several hectares bordered by vines to discover the exploitation of the Cochet family, winegrowers for several generations. Cycle paths linking Chambéry nearby. Lake Saint André 2 km away. First beach at Lac du Bourget 22 km away. Chambéry, capital of the Dukes of Savoy, 13 km away and Aix les Bains, spa town on the edge of Lake Bourget, 28 km away. Chartreuses and Massif des Bauges regional natural park about twenty kilometers on either side of the estate. Very close to shops and services all year round.
