Our beachfront apartment located on the 5th floor of this newly renovated residence situated in front of the 4 sandy beaches of Toulon, the metropolitan town of the Cote D'Azur. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment offers spectacular & unobstructed views of the Toulon beaches and the Saint-Mandrier and Giens peninsulas where France's Navy and submarine fleet is located.

We have been owners of this apartment since it was built in 1977 and our fully furnished home has all the amenities:

- Stunning beach & water views

- Large balcony with retractable awning, table & chairs

- 2 bedrooms with twin beds and closets (sleeps 4 in beds plus 2 in futton)

Located in the Mourrillon beach district of Toulon in front of the historical Fort St Louis, our apartment is within a few minute walk to the mediaval port, a spectacular 'Marchet', a Boulangerie (bakery), and numerous recreational activities including sunbathing, swimming, sailing, fishing, and diving.

Within a 1 hour drive west, you can visit key sites of Provence including Cassis, Les Sablettes, Marseilles, Les Baux, Le Castellet, and Arles. If you drive east, you are within 1 hour drive of St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Cannes, Nice and the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros.

About The Owner

Cyril Lemaire was born in France and spent his family vacations at this seaside resort of Toulon. Offering comfort, spectacular views, and all of the amenities you could ask for, we hope you will enjoy our home.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1982

Why The Owner chose Toulon

My brother and I have been coming to our family vacation since the early 1970's in the Cote D'Azur and inherited our family vacation home that we still regularly visit and thoroughly enjoy.

What makes this apartment unique

Breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Great restaurants within a few feet of the apartment including french bistros, Italian cusine, and family friendly pizzerias. Very secure entrance with an elevator.

This superb condo on the mediterenean sea is there to discover. This spacious 2 room apartment offers all kinds of commodities so you can he autonomous at all times. And what a view from the balcony on the 5th floor. It is simply breathtaking.



Toulon which is unknown to many has so many attractions to discover. You walk on Frédérick Mistral to boul. Ste-Hélène. You go up Ste-Hélène to discover all kinds of cosy little shops: boulangerie, charcuterie, boucherie, poissonnerie, jewellery shop, etc.



All this is available only 5 mins. away. You want to rent a scooter, ADA is close by. A visit to the Port de Toulon is only a 25 min. walking distance. There, you will have the choice of many varied restaurants. The amazing Marché Lafayette is just across the street. That being said, the owner M.Lemaire is always available on Email or by phone. Also, Mr and Mrs Schuler are there to greet you and are very friendly in doing so. Mr Lemaire, thank you for such a pleasant stay. Hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful apartment overlooking he Mediterranean! The place was so much bigger than apartments I've rented in Paris and the location was ideal for eating at multiple restaurants. Cyril was great with our requests and the couple who manages the site were very nice and helpful to my family and me. I'd definitely rent this place again !

Great place to use as a vacation base

We had a wonderful time staying here during our France vacation! It is in a great location close to markets and shops and right across from the beach and boardwalk. Having an inside garage space was also a plus as parking in the area is difficult. Once there you can walk to most places in the area. It also worked perfectly for us as a base to do daily trips to the Provence and French Riviera, but we also enjoyed Toulon and everything it has to offer. The view is spectacular from the living and dining rooms and from the spacious deck and we especially loved watching all of the long distance swimmers and big and small boats of every kind coming and going from Toulon's harbor. The unit is pretty well equipped. Our only complaint is that the unit was not really clean. We had to do mopping of the floors and the kitchen counters were dirty. This unit could use a really good deep clean. Also, if you do not speak French, be sure to make your arrival and departure plans well ahead of time to pick up your garage, entry and unit keys and codes. There is no receptionist or check-in counter -- you will need to get these from a building superintendent who doesn't speak English. You will need to call her on her phone or talk to her on the building intercom. Somehow we were able to communicate by gestures as she gave us a tour of the building and unit. It all worked out fine. Just part of the adventure of vacationing in a foreign country!!!!

Excellent position with lovely views over the bays

An excellent apartment, well equipped and so close to the beaches of Le Mourillon. It was , however , very hot and the 2 electric free-standing air-conditioners didn't work very well.

This might not be a safe flat to take children to as the kitchen window opened wide and low.

Honeymoon Nov. 2016

My Husband and I got married on October 1, 2016 and decided to split our honeymoon between Iceland & France. We stayed here for 5 days at the tail end of our trip & absolutely Loved it!! The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. We enjoyed so many things from swimming in the Mediterranean to shopping at the outside market & having fantastic dinners in the many restaurants right downstairs from the building. The apartment was clean & beautiful. We also felt safe with the security and underground parking that was available to us. There was so much to see here and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this home away from home to anyone who wants to experience the quaint towns of France and it's wonderful people.

Amazing and spectacular

This was our second stay at the lovely 2 bedroom in the mourillon and as it was the case during our first stay , this was a wonderful place to rest and enjoy the amazing view. Although this was November we still braved the weather and enjoyed swimming which was actually much warmer than expected. everything with the apartment is as described and the convenience to the market , many boulangeries , small shopping store and the beach make this a perfect retreat for any one looking for a wonderful time. Several restaurant near by offer all the choices although we did mostly buy our groceries and cooked our food , enjoying the view on the balcony during any meal. Highly recommend this one of a kind great find!

Fantastic week away!

We spent 6 nights here and it was truly terrific. The location and aspect is 2nd to none, 30 seconds to the beach and a couple of minutes from bars, fresh markets, cheese shops etc.

Nice safe clean apartment complex. Check in and out was simple and straightforward.

Would definitely go back.
